now just go ahead and have your mouth hanging open ~ but a half broken vial and a wet box is not acceptable! do not recommend, at all.

That's BS. It's their job to package it safe enough to get to you unbroken and undiscovered. What if that shit leaked through the package. Did you take any pics to show them. I understand shit happens and things break. It's happened to me from someone that had awesome packaging and reviews, but he resent me another vial after I showed him the pictures.
