Hope u can understand my fustrations, so I am sorry guys for being so rude I apologise if I have offended you in any way I'm a female that made on order on naps for the second time, only this time I ordered 1kit bluetops +3 sachets t3 paid at a western union agent in person on the 25 -02-15 and after two days of paid items I received an email from nappsgear saying that the Wu money wasn't transferred I than headed back to my Wu agent and told them of the situation they were happy to assist me in that case so they than looked further into the situation and gladly showed me that the money was picked up by the receiever same day, and which I have a message confirmation on my fone of the pickup by nicolao dumbrava.
Now I have sent away receipts and proof of pickup by receiever through submitting my ticket through your site, your memebers have kindly seen the attachment and still choose to ignore it, I don't know how much more I can prove it to you guys but I will like my order shipped rite away so I can begin with my cycle.

It may be a bit too clear. I'm assuming you aren't a member of any other board? For future reference you should avoid posting specifics with dates etc in regards to purchasing a schedule 3 drug. I'm going to see about getting the powers that be to edit that out of your post.
Also, naps is a large company. Though I don't care for them I do not believe they are in the business of simply taking your money. You need to create or start a conversation with the naps rep and he will look into it. I promise you that I will also contact the rep and insist he give your situation his attention. Ok?

The naps rep is here. The board you're talking about is juicedmuscle I believe? Or juicedupmuscle. I'd avoid that board as naps owns it and aren't simply "tied in". It's possible that they could spin her issue into something that suits them.
I don't doubt that she will find help here and that naps will take care of their customer.
