Ive had good luck with naps but its just a matter of time till you get a miss or something wrong with your shipping. I would use them again if they were my last choice.
I'm still trying to get my situation figured out. I know naps can be slow so I gave myself 7 weeks.. hoping it comes through
Team has been pretty responsive in just don't understand how the funds can be picked up and they still don't know where the money is.. they had me resubmit the payment info but it's already been picked up... wtf

jesus christ im starting to lose it. I dont know what the hell is going on with naps or its agents. I keep telling them the money has been picked up and they just have me resubmit the info why? then they said they tried to collect for a second time and couldnt.... well maybe its because the funds were picked up on 5/11 by the collector... i have the time and location i have spoken to the MG reps. I dont understand what is going on, why the responsiveness sucks and how they can not keep track of money being collected???

I don't know why people are getting fucked over by naps. They are treating me just fine - and I haven't said one bad thing AND I don't go around spewing bullshit about them... Bad or good.
I've done my reviews on them for what I've gotten because I do that for all the suppliers I use. So far naps/agents have even extremely responsive and rrespectful everytime I've done business or about to do business with them.
I don't know why but maybe your expectations are too high.. They aren't in the USA and don't seem to want to be online 24/7. Have you thought about calling mg and recording the call and then forwarding it to naps for proof?
Sky so you would recommend naps?

No not with naps. But my situation was the money just got jacked altogather. After about 15 emails and blowing the up on different form. I got what I order plus 200$ credit. I got my 200$ worth then never ever went back. To be honest sounds like stalling to me. For the reason of stalling who knows. Hell maybe they even picked it up and credit wrong account. He wants to do businees here looks like. So I would imagine it will get made right. Compinsation in order maybe?

I would suggest go back to page 1. Then read all post. Make the conclusion for yourself. Even some good info post around here with bloods. I will say no business is 100% on anything. Whether it be underground or your local McDonald's.

my payment is under investigation, they say it'll take 7 days. really the only 3 possibilities i see is
1-they are trying to selectively scam (dont think this right now)
2- The collector went rogue/shady (maybe?)
3- Its just kind of a sloppily run program and the funds were credited elsewhere (most likely)
