I order twice through them the first time took a little over 3 weeks and the secound time took a little over a month. So expect it to take atleast a month, iam not saying its right but just giving a heads up on what to expect.

can agree about the shit talking. But for people like me who have spent $1200 and have only received a fake tracking number, this board is for us. That is why this board is hear.
Well this is my 3rd order with Naps. It would be a lot more than that if they were a little more organized and didn't lie to me about every delay. I had a problem with my first order taking a long time to be sent out as well and I was given bs excuses but still received my order a little over a month. Second time about 3 weeks with no problems. This time however I was given a fake tracking number about a week ago and when I asked why it has not updated I am told that it is because The post office is backed up when this is incorrect. The post office is not backed up. Naps is backed up for whatever reason. Now if they told me that they were backed up and my order was experiencing a small delay I would be totally fine with that. But when I am being told everyday to wait until tomorrow and it will be updated, I get pissed off. That isn't right. It has been over a week and nothing has shipped yet, but as I originally stated if they wouldn't have lied to me for 3 days in a row I would not be upset. The last guy I spoke to told me to wait until Tuesday. That is fair. I felt he was being honest, so hear I am waiting patiently until Tuesday.

Mate it's not us that we are backed up the TN# is accurate your package is processed and ready to be released as according to our shipping agent have been dealing with intense customs clearance for our End for the past 10-12 days. The crazy thing is you spend more time on hear talking shit than getting shit done. Of all the shit you're talking (like the comment above) are you making your business look better or worse? You have unsatisfied customers and instead of fixing the issue or offering a legitimate reason you chose to bash people instead. Whether or not your business is legal you should still show some professionalism.
