Need to cut body fat % [Help]

Anabolic window has been proved that it lasts for hours

Sorry, I should have clarified. I mean that when people say you have to intake a protein shake and carbs immediately after a workout as the window is short lived. The anabolic window I believed in, just not that it was like 30min post workout.

Sorry if I haven't already clarified! Stay in your bathtub brew selling thread jerk off!

Because. That glicemic index is calculated alone, what I mean is if you eat sugar without anything else then you will have a glycemic index higher then let's say brown rice.

If you mix protein and fat with sugar the glicemyc index get much lower because it slow the absorption of all the food ingested.

Glycemic index is useless because we mostly eat carbs prot and fat all together all the time. Protein with carb alone slow the digestion compared to only carb. Add fat and it's much much slower and the whole glycemic index it's all screwed up
Right, sorta. But you said something about eating a bunch of fruit?

I'm sorry, and I might be wrong, but I'm 44 and have tried a bunch of different diet tweaks and multiple meals and timing my carbs, along with knowing my cal requirements has worked for me. Eating one or two meals has always packed on fat.

You can't pack fat if you keep the calories the same. Please that's BROSCIENCE.

If calories are the same you can't get more fat. It's just against law of nature. :)

Actually its not. You can only absorb xxxx cals at a given period of time. There are link after link with study's showing multiple meals being betterhttp://www.goaskalice.columbia.edu/answered-questions/one-big-meal-versus-many-small-meals-day

Maybe you should start eating one 3500 cal meal a day and see what happens ;)

The irony is that the guy that thinks meat is murder likes your posts. You maybe onto something!/

You must be fucking illiterate or just dumb. the link you posted doesn't state in anyway that if you eat same calories in small meals or one meal you get fat. Plus it's not a controlled study, it's just an answer that explain different things. Not even related to what we are talking.

I never said its healthy or it will help you stick to a diet, I said that IF THE CALORIES ARE THE SAME IN THE 24h IT DOESNT CHANGE A THING HOW YOU EAT IT.

Link me studies that proves otherwise, I'll be glad to change my opinion.

Until then it's all BROSCIENCE.

The guy never said that meats is murder. He clearly stated that he is vegan for his own personal
Belief and didn't even explain it as far as I know. Not that I would care. If someone doesn't eat meat he can't have an opinion or maybe have more knowledge than you?

You are a fucktard as far as I care, but I still reply to your stupid posts trying to share knowledge and confronting ideas.

Probably I'm
The stupid here, should just disregard whatever you write because it seems it's spit out of your ass :)

Put you money, or in this case your fat wear your dick holster is, starting eating your food all in one sitting. One meal per day. 30 days. Chart it, if you drop fat I'll donate 50 bucks to anabolic lab. Otherwise stow it.

I watched a documentary on a Japanese man who eats one meal a day. ( he's a doctor noshi yuhogo) name is spelled wrong I'm sure but it's close.

He claims he will live longer and healthier by doing so. I'll try to find it and post. But it's a life long experiment and so far I believe he is 68 and in perfect health. The one meal he eats is very balanced and He is not fat by any means.

If You keep macros The same there is no difference between sugar and complex carbs in term of how the body composition

8 small meals or 3 big meals doesn't change a thing in term of how the body composition will be.

.

These are falsehoods bc the body will convert any EXTRA carbs into FAT, unless they are used for BM processes.

For what I care you could do 1 meal a day. If you keep macro the same body composition will be the same.
....bowl of oatmeal or bottle of pop? To say that there is no effective difference is misinformation. Your advice flies in the face of experimental and anecdotal evidence and expert opinion. ~AIC
