Would just like to say Hi to everyone!

I am 5ft 6 - Hovering between 165-170lb 12% BF currently.
Been lifting for 4 years! had a few set backs, being 2 hernia operations and a perforated stomach!
In no way weight lifting related! however I feel i'd be about 180LB+now without the 1ft long incisions down my abdomen and the 4-5 months out of the gym :)

But onward and upwards, the reason i decided to join Meso-Rx forums is I've perused forums for years but never registered and Meso is one of them! I feel now that i'm wanting to get down and dirty! learn from the community and in return, in the future teach!

I have a question. I have competition coming I have won in past overall teen and 2nd men's light. I plan in placing in middle weight body building at180. was wondering on physique there weight divisions and how do you pose etc.I thought about doing both bodybuilder and physique
any insight would be appreciated

It really depends, but i'd aim always to be at the top of your class! so if the class is 180LB you come in at 179! ensure you know what the class requirements are! as its dependent on the federation, some are height dependent some are weight, some are both. It really depends! standard physique posing, in small/medium competitions i find to be quite bland and boring, its all the normal poses usually, front/rear lat spread, side chest, tri's, double bis, abs... no involvement in the legs really.. but i aim to do classical which is like alot of the posing from the 60-80's mr olympias and mr universes, i loved watch pumping iron for e.g to get some good ideas. In re; body building and physique pick one of the other! they are 2 completely different categories, from shape and size perspective if your looking to compete decide on one :)
