Look at you confirming your own biases lol, you came asking for advice, you got mad when people didn’t support you supplementing a work ethic with chemicals, refused to listen to any given advice clutching your pearls and whining and bitching about why you can sitting on the floor with your legs crossed, arms crossed on your enormous belly and shoulders hunched, having page long meltdowns about how everyone’s wrong and you’re right.
To top it all off you’re over 300lbs of cope and lard, and cannot help but make comments on everyone else physique and habits, as if you aren’t morbidly obese and fighting for your life in the drive through everyday, wake up danishhippo (also I’m 240lbs and in a contest prep, you’re 300lbs and couchsurfing, but yes I’m definitely the puss lol, you aren’t even aware of what you have down there anymore since you haven’t seen it since 2010)
It's not a matter of work ethics!
With all likelihood I'll outwork you every single day of the week!
Look at your posts, then look at mine ... who do you think put in the most work?
Doubt you have even been able to get yourself to sit through a college degree, or build and rebuild a business - and then you talk about work ethics - I have completed 3 university degrees over the years, and built and rebuilt my business just as many times - had a long army career - and work 14 hour days 7 days a week! - I've passed the recruit in the army as a late teen, done lots of things you would never be able to get yourself to do - and then you are leading with a lecture on work ethics!
*You very well know all this is fact*
But what if you were right?! Then what are other people's work ethics to you? ... is this a "work ethics" forum? ... no it's not dude!
As for harm prevention: sometimes working too much against the wind can certainly be harmful!
By your own logic, you are using mega doses of steroids to make it easier to build muscle, what does that tell about your so-called work ethic?
If someone can do something to make it smarter, easier, and more sustainable, then why the fuck would they not do that!
Real life is not a Rambo movie, dude!
Besides if you have been on prep you know exactly what it feels like - now try to stay there for 3 x 1.5 years in a row - see if you can go without gaining any weight in between!
I have been on stage for natural bodybuilding myself before... but in this state, I feel like being in preb x 10 - 24/7 - every single day - and there is no end in sight - like there is after a few months of prepping for a show.
Also realize, the diet and regime I'm going to use are probably even harder than your preb diet .. and I will be doing that for years, not months.
Lastly, plenty of guys in here use GLP-1 meds for prepping, why don't you go to their threads instead, so you can get kicked off this board?!
What you suffer from is called test brain dude - you have put much more testosterone into your tiny brain than you can handle - and now you are all about force and nothing about brain nor power!
Naa, this is fucking not about work ethics, it's mostly about your narrowmindedness and lack of comprehension skills!
You no longer tries to find the key to unluck doors of titanium, you beat your head against them and never stops untill ... well titanium doors don't cave.
It also seems now to be about how this is the only card you have in life to make yourself feel like you are worth something - by going off-topic into other people's threads and derailing them - after people are caught in an unlucky situation - so you on this one tiny insignificant little area of life you can feel superior about.
I've been training for 20 years prior to this and been 8-10% bodyfat most of my adult life - but it's fucking irrelevant to the tread!
All you are doing is showing how little you get it, why you are the last person that is interesting to have participating!
Now Go make your own thread about your superior work ethics, and about how fat people are just lazy, while you are so hardworking after shotting your tiny brain full of testosterone that makes physical work feel good.
I love training in my normal condition btw, have not missed a training pass in decades - it's not tough in your sitation!!! - if you haven't noticed statistic shows 70% of pro bodybuilders are still gay guys afterall! the rest men who lives to show off to other men in tiny panties.
When you get seriously injured one day yourself, just remember to take your own medicine ... don't come in here asking for peds that can help you heal.
