This is my experience 100%.

For any hGH I run,
If I skimp on diet, hydration, cardio, sleep hygiene, etc., I get sides.

It probably matters more because I'm on 10 IU/d, but I'd bet it's similar to running lower doses.
Anything below 4 units I felt was negligible I feel like 5 and up was when I started noticing the water but everyone is different..
I’d like to get to 10 units, but no need to rush things quite yet considering I was doing 1 iu per 250mg of gear which the gear has been significantly reduced I could probably use less Hgh for the time being

What like a winstrol depot?, injectable Adrol, dbol , or Mtren?
I wouldn’t mind a winstrol maybe never used any of the others.
That being said I hear the winstrol depot can be abscess city and cause a lot of knotting and inflammation
Yeah injectable winstrol. Wanted to use it for prep. Only know one source that sells it so far and I’m kind of sketched on it because I know it’s not ordered often and not much user reports or testing done.

Yes that’s normal, take into consideration the 100s if not more emails opti is getting, and that we are All people with lives outside of work.
Some emails may get filters to spam randomly so it’s not common for some to be missed completely and you may have to reach out again.
 
Whole thread of how Opti HGH is, I have no idea if he makes the tirz or not but all tirz is the same to me with the two I tried.
Ive only ever used gray tops but yes hgh and tirz together

Im down 41lbs on it, no cardio all diet, I eat protein shake and chicken.
How long did it take you to drop the 41 lbs? Are you running the hgh and tirz with Test? If so is it TRT+ (say 200mg/wk ?).
 
That is a lot of weight to lose in just 2.5 months. What did your diet look like?
900 calorie 170 prot shake for morning, skip lunch, around 4 I either have a rotisserie chicken or steak street tacos. 1800 ish calories daily

I wasnt planning to lose this much, I was thinking I was going to stall around 230 but that hasnt happened.

What would you gauge your body fat was at when you started vs now?
