I'm on 1g sust/1g tren e at the mo, and fortunately it's turning winter down here. I've been pulling back from a bulk, and reducing carbs significantly. Any unspent carbs after 6pm seem to turn into bedtime sweats, but I haven't noticed it as much on tren e as on the ace.

EQ 900MGS/week

aromasin 12.5mg ED
75MG proviron a day

@Perrin Aybara try using Nexium for heartburns. Ii used to get uncontrolled hiccups for hours. I tried zantac, tums and none of it worked. Nexium knocked that shit right out. No more heartburn for me. I know Nexium used to be prescribed but it's OTC now. Shit will work for most.

Having another god awful session right now. Was gonna take it easy anyway and ended up hitting near RPE 10 on what i was considering a warm-up to my "take it easy" set. It's just fucking baffling to me because this is absolutely the most dialed in my training and diet have ever been and I'm running the biggest cycle I've ever run. I might get bloods this week and see if maybe my test is off or something.
 
Based on today's performance I'm very close to where i was natty on squats and I'm worse than where i was natty on block pulls. Fucking mind boggling.
 
I always get the biggest fluctuations in strength when I blast hard. Even when I throw in test base or orals pre-workout. Don't just check you test levels - also monitor your BP :D

I used to chuck in all the supps I could too, until I eventually realised 5g of beta alanine was making me feel like shit.

I monitor my BP. From previous blast experience i now preemptively take Lisinopril on blasts to keep it in range. Maybe I'll stabilize on this next cruise.
 
I'm thinking i should've went with high test and NPP instead of tren. The silver lining is I'm lean for summer, I guess.

Yeah. I always get roped back into doing tren for some reason. Probably because I think I'm missing out. Npp is perfect, tbh. I can run it for 20 weeks without complications, while tren always wears me down long before it's worth it.

Welcome aboard. I try to keep it detailed and informative in here.

Yeah, this whole cycle was unplanned and kind of just played by ear. Not my normal operating procedure at all. I'm trying to move away from longer cycles, but maybe 16 weeks of NPP for this next meet is the way to go.

Block pull missed 585 and then tried it again and got it at RPE 10 and called it.
Front squat said fuck it because everything was going so poorly

Another awful workout. Hit 460x3 on squat a few weeks ago and was doing 585 for an easy triple on full deadlift just a week or two ago. Just some nonsensical shit going on here. Never in my training career have I ever had anything remotely like this happen.

It's in the water. You, me, insaiyan are all hitting the skids a little.

It's Easter. Tons of food and hydration today for me and then it's off to the races with another week of hell from POB. I thought I was working out hard, ni**ah please. My butt cheeks hurt like never before haha!

I'm working today, no Easter for me. Hopefully working with POB will put me back on track soon.

I don't know, I don't understand it. I switched to a different test about three weeks ago. That's the only variable I can think of. May pull bloods this week to see if that's it.

I don't think it's the job because all those PRs were set while having this job. It's not the training because that hasn't changed. I don't think it's diet because calories are high. I'm sleeping great at night. It's really strange.
