How much longer do you have on this cycle now, Perrin? Two weeks?

Do you have any prop to switch to? Personally, I'd switch over to it and drop the cyp back down to your TRT dose. You could drop everything but the test, and run the prop at a gram. An oral to finish with would be ideal but it might not be worth adding at this stage of the game.

This is going to sound stupid, you're sure of your dosing with the test, right? Last cycle I switched npp brands midway through and didn't realize they were dosed differently, I caught it before it went on for too long but I ended up almost halving my dose. Thought I'd throw that out there...

Are you warming up really well? I have to take three or four warm-up sets to pyramid up to my working sets or I'm weak as hell.

Picking up a pre workout powder might help a little bit, I don't think you use one? Get a nice big dose of caffeine to really get you going before going to lift, it'll help stamp out any second guessing yourself. Make sure you're getting a ton of carbs in before training.

No matter what, strength is kinda like the stock market... It goes up and it goes down, but over time there is an upward trend. The odd thing is you're hitting a trough when you should be hitting a peak.

A little less than three weeks.

I do not, but I could get both before the end of the week. It would almost certainly require extending the cycle to be useful though.

Test is 250mg/ml. For convenience with ED tren and mast dosing I'm doing 250mg (1ml) EOD.

So 1000mg one week and 750mg the next for an average of 875mg. Or 1750mg in two weeks for a weekly dose of 875mg. However you prefer to do the math.

I've never used one because of my sensitivity to my pulse being elevated. I do drink coffee PWO, but even too big a cup of coffee will ruin a workout for me if my pulse starts running away. I used to have a non stimulant PWO that worked pretty well. Could look into that.

I know that part. I've just never experienced fluctuations like this. This is crazy and makes no sense.

This might be something to look at further... Try doing like three speed sets with a low % of RM before getting into working sets. Might help get your muscles firing better for the real work.

I don't know if it's really worth extending the cycle or not, it's probably not. It'll be delaying the inevitable end of the cycle where things are going to drop off anyways.

But, if you do want to extend, hopefully you'll make that extra little bit of progress to carry over into your cruise.

It's in the water. You, me, insaiyan are all hitting the skids a little.

It's Easter. Tons of food and hydration today for me and then it's off to the races with another week of hell from POB. I thought I was working out hard, ni**ah please. My butt cheeks hurt like never before haha!

Atleast in my case i know why, body is out of whack from.new schedule, plus im on the lowest calories I've been on so far, but with @Perrin Aybara everything he isndoing should be greater than or equal to gainz!

I'm working today, no Easter for me. Hopefully working with POB will put me back on track soon.

Jeez, I'm gonna keep my distance from you guys... I'm hitting some nice strides myself, in a calorie deficit. Squats yesterday didn't phase me a bit... Still light at 335 but zero pain, no complaints.

Nah, I volunteered. It's not my regular job, it's my dishwasher gig for the family. Whole family was working, too. We had 600 people eating at the restaurant today. Was crazy busy.

Holidays are just another day anyway. Some pagan ritual made into a Christian holiday commercialized to line the pockets of our corporate masters. Such cause for celebration, lol.

Totally agree on your holiday views, i dont really celebrate anything except for my girl and for my future kids haha. Still though, I'd take a day off when i can get it haha.

I'll partake in holiday festivities for other people's sake. Currently don't have anyone to do that for though.
 
I am stuffed right now and hating life lol. Went to my brother's and had an Easter buffet there. Ham, baked yams, carrots, turkey, fried chicken. Plus cookies and drank 1 Miller Ultra Lite beer.

Next was my mom's where I had more ham, mashed spuds and broccoli. For dessert 2 cannolis :)

Need those cals though, as I discovered I am starting to get leaner and I now see where Perrin's coming from getting lean lol.

Tomorrow I am going to be merry and going to bend some bars ;)
 
I have a lot of leftovers so got plenty of ham sandwiches this week as my mom's been great to me :)
