Yes, I think it could still be used. Fat gain depends a lot on diet and how you're using the slin I believe... The cruise dose of test plus the hGH should help with keeping you lean as well.

You'll be able to keep adding weight beyond your cycle too I think. Just need to adjust some things and see what works here.

I sometimes wish I had this problem... When I want the scale to go up it moves awfully fast.

It's stupid for my goals to want to stay lean, but I'm loving looking like this. I'm confident i can still reach my goals while being lean though.

Na, it's not stupid. Everytime I set a PR, I say to myself I want to hit the next one at a leaner weight. I'd really like to be around 275 but much leaner than I am now. That's why I'm cutting at the moment.

The only downside is, I am not expecting to get stronger while I cut weight... Because I won't! Maintain current strength? I hope... But still unlikely I think.

Well, I'm not trying to cut or get leaner. I'm trying very unsuccessfully to bulk and it's just not happening. I hate to go back to eating filthy. Getting up in the night and crushing cereal and shit.
 
I thought so too but I was wrong. I do include a pretty good sized amount of egg whites too which helps, also easily digested.

Give it a try sometime, I think you'll like it. It fits in great for me while my calories are lower... I'll keep it during a bulk though, just change it up a little.



I'll try something tomorrow and let you know, I think if you add the water and rice mix together in the morning it'll be all absorbed and ready for the other stuff by quitting time. I have done it with regular rice many times, just add dry rice and water in my lunch container and at lunch it just needs heated up a little.

Maybe i'll give it a try sometime, in the name of science.
 
I'm about to be back on cruise mode in 3 1/2 weeks though. Next cycle I'm including anadrol for sure. With high test, high tren and maybe some NPP.

I don't know, this cycle isn't very productive. I'm getting more jacked and lean, but weaker and i know it's the job. No other explanation except I'm getting worked to death.

Well, I'm glad to see the improvements you've made in body composition, but I also know that's only a secondary or tertiary goal for you, strength being first. Still, impressive no less.

Somewhat off topic, but, I think for your purposes, compound selection should be kept fairly simple.

I'm not advocating less dosages for you by any means, but rather simpler stacks. Cut out anything that you know isn't going to give you the best bang for your buck for recovery and getting stronger.

I guess what I'm trying to say is....how much anadrol can you handle per day? lol

That's the thing, I've never run it. I guess I could try to come up on soon and trial run it.

No its not gross. I like the idea of the sugar free chocolate syrup I may give that a try. I just make a shake with it when I'm low on timeo_O they make powdered oatmeal also, I think the oatmeal tastes better personally but I'd eat cardboard if I thought it would help:confused:

Yeah, I have a scale of the ratio of being edible to benefit. If it's tolerable I'll eat it.

The Gerber rice would be great in a shake to make it thick too.
 
i thought about adding this a while back and totally forgot about it. thanks for reminding me
I found a bunch in the cabinet awhile back from when my kid was eating it. Started using it to get rid of it but its got to break down and digest pretty quickly. Coconut oil would probably slow the digestion down a bit like someone said earlier. Ships cheap and you can easily carry it with you.
