Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

So basically anything over 615 is a PR then. Awesome man. I was just going to suggest going for a PR on your second but your e already doing that lol.

I was thinking about doing the same thing with anadrol and bar. Glad you can confirm it's awesomeness

Anavar gives me better strength gains than anything with no sides whatsoever. Anadrol gives me decent strength gains, but 100mg a day makes me really fatigued. I figured a 50/50 combo with a cruise dose of test would give great strength gains with no sides and that's been the case so far. Couldn't really find anything online about combining the two, so just tried it out for myself.

Meant to say Var but you obviously knew what I meant.

I remember reading someone on here saying they ran both simultaneously and got great results so that's what made me want to try it. I've never tried Var so I think I'll dose like you did 50/50.

Seriously, var is amazing for me. That run on 40mg I did last year my squat with wraps went from 500lbs to 550lbs and bench went from 370lbs to 405lbs. I'd try it alone first. Then with drol the next time.

I'm on 100mg anadrol right now, I feel like pure death

Weighed in for my mock push/pull meet at 215lbs fully dressed after breakfast.

Bench
325x1
350x1
375x1

Deadlift
600x1
625x1 (PR)
650x1 (PR)

Definitely had 10-15+ pounds more on each lift. Thought about trying 385x1 bench and 675x1 deadlift, but just ended on a 6/6 note. Still a 35lb deadlift PR and only 30lbs away from my best bench with plenty in the tank on both lifts.

Beltless SSB squats 275lbs for 3x10

Low bar squats felt a little off after not doing any for awhile. Felt better my last few sets. Decided to stay light today being my first day back to them.

The top set of block pulls at 650x3 I'd call RPE 7ish by the bar speed in the video. I've got my next three weeks planned out programming wise, then have an outline in my head what the next few months will look like. Will continue doing back every gym day, will bump glute isolation work from 1x to 2x a week, and have some block pull progression ideas that I tried out a little on this last training block that really seemed to help my deadlift numbers go up.

Think I'm a little dehydrated is why weight is so low and the cause of the cramps. I'm almost at 40 hours at work this week already.

Nice workout despite the issues and hope you don't drop too much as you'll be at my weight (180lbs) soon enough
