People will say two before bench and two before deadlift is too much but you will be fine.

Overdosed halo would be a rarity. One of the few raws that is actually expensive. Usually it goes the other direction and halo is underdosed.

I started drol yesterday at 50mg/day as well. Figured it might give me a little boost and maybe some water weight to help with bench.

Yeah, might as well do two and two. Maybe get some better bench numbers and carry over to deadlift.
 
I wouldn't advice it but I've known some really strong guys who used what most would think of as crazy amounts of drol and halo on meet day without any ill effects.

50 drol, 20, 20 halo meet day will be fine. Your pull moves really fast off the floor for sumo so I don't know how much it will help but it won't hurt and should add some to your bench

Comp bench 185lbs for 4x3

Comp deadlift 350lbs for 4x3

Took ibuprofen and naproxen before the gym today and bench seemed to hurt a lot less. Deadlift looked about like power clean speed. Decided to use my deadlift bar just to get foot positioning down and cut my hand a little. Nothing else to report except I've noticed my endurance has taken a huge and sudden hit. I'm assuming from the tren.
 
Weighed in and submitted my openers. Just spent way too much money at an outlet mall, lol. Just sat down to eat at a Mexican place, then checking into a hotel closer to the meet than the one last night. Pasta for dinner later obviously.

Haven't updated this week, but I did light upper body on Wednesday and lower on Thursday. Upper yesterday and lower today. Overhead press and lying triceps extensions with zero pain. Tried incline bench and it hurt less than flat bench, so just gonna stick with overhead press for now.

Today:

Conventional (beltless) deadlift 495x5, 495x5, 495x10 (I think a conventional rep PR)

Beltless low bar squat 320x5, 320x5, 350x5 (still sore from squats Thursday since I haven't squatted in like two months)

Dumbbell glute bridges 100lbs + green band 2x20

Adductors and abductors with bands 3x20
 
Yesterday

Overhead press 135x10, 145x10, 155x10

Chin ups 3x10

Lying triceps extensions 3 sets to failure

Chest supported row 3x20

Dumbbell preacher curls 3x20

Cable triceps push downs 3x20

Today

Beltless wide stance squats 320lbs for 3x8

Did some light sumo, but knee was still hurting a little and stopped

Dumbbell glute bridges 120lbs for 3x30

If you like the last few books that Brandon Sanderson wrote after Robert Jordan died check out Stormlight Archive. It's Sanderson's epic series that's supposed to be 10+ books. Third one came out last year. They're really good.
