214lbs this morning after breakfast, forgot to weigh first thing

Comp bench 295x3, 315x3, 340x3 @9.5

340x3 went up nice and smooth, looking like a good opener.

This might be the worst I've ever felt on a blast, but I'm strong as fuck right now and it's almost over. Really looking forward to a cruise dose and a couple months of lighter training plus work is gonna drop off big time soon.

You and me both.. I'm not even sure if i want to do that meet in march. I kind of just want to take a break from heavy lifting. Cut up a bit, work on the guns, and let the body recover.

I always say I'm gonna get away for awhile and then barely do at all. I've never enjoyed any other style of training. Gonna try to stick to it awhile this time because I'm feeling broken.

Some time off will repair and recharge you. You put in a hell of a lot of hard work and been through thick and thin. Your body will certainly let you know when it's time for a good break.
 
Just did some stretches today. I guess that last bump up to my test dosage put my estrogen up in uncomfortable range because I took 0.5mg Adex the last few nights and I feel like a new man. Also really itching to hit some weights, so I'm taking that as a good sign this peak is going well. I was starting to hurt all over and dread the gym. Now besides some faint knee pain and the pain from bench I'm feeling good. Seven days out.

Be cool to stop eating when I'm full rather than near puking every meal.

What kind of fuckery is going on in here.... you call yourselves powerlifters?!?

Only working a few hours tomorrow and Thursday. Will be doing a lot of resting and pasta eating this week. Still far enough away from 220lbs there's no worries on weight.

Shit that is a great spot to be in. I'm the week after you and will drop 14 between now and then with a massive water load and cut to make weight.

Your bench will definitely appreciate the lack of a weight cut. I don't think it matters as much squatting or pulling.

Got the meet roster today. 220lbs looks to have the most lifters. Looked up everyone that had results and one guy benched 400lbs and pulled 650lbs recently, so he'll probably be my biggest competition. I really want a win, so should be a good meet.

I looked up some of the people in my meet also. There are some really strong motherfuckers im going against. There will be about 4 of us around 1,700lbs, one of the guys possibly around 1,800lbs in the 198 class.
 
Any opinions on halo dosing at the meet? I've got some 10mg capsules that are supposedly 15mg. Either way I've been using two on heavy days. Would two before bench and two before deadlift be too much? I was thinking maybe one before bench and two before deadlift.

People will say two before bench and two before deadlift is too much but you will be fine.

Overdosed halo would be a rarity. One of the few raws that is actually expensive. Usually it goes the other direction and halo is underdosed.
