Ordered three new toys:

EliteFTS front squat harness
EliteFTS figure eight straps
Titan Fitness weight releasers

Front squat harness obviously because I've so far been unable to really hit front squats hard. The straps I'm finally seeing a need for. I'm on the road for work hitting random gyms and many don't allow chalk and also to save my hands. Never heard of figure 8 wraps until recently and I like that the setup is faster than regular wraps. I went to Lowe's today to DIY some weight releasers and the price would've been similar to these Titan ones, so I just bought them instead.
 
Sumo deadlift 545lbs for 3x5

Kneeling reverse band overhead press 205lbs for 5x3

Front squat 135lbs for 3x15

Chest supported row 3x15

Hamstring curls 3x15

Switching back to sumo on my comp deadlift day from here on. Felt a little off today. Also feeling like I might be getting sick and the gym is too cold. Not enough that you actually feel cold, but feel your muscles getting cold very quickly after sets. Just not a good day today.
 
Breathing squats 190lbs for 3 sets of 10 deep breaths

Seated dumbbell overhead press 55's for 15, 60's for 15, 65's for 15

Dumbbell glute bridges 150lbs for 3x30

Wide grip chin ups 3x11

Adductors and abductors with bands 3x20

I might have to try breathing squats sometime. How are you liking them?
 
Speed overhead press 135lbs for 12x3

Squats with weight releasers 370lbs + 120 for 3, 390lbs + 120lbs for 3, 410lbs + 120lbs for 1

Close grip bench 185lbs for 3x20

Wide grip pull ups 3x12

Adductors and abductors with bands 3x20

Dumbbell glute bridges 150lbs + purple bands for 3x30

Still ironing out some details in my programming for the next few months, but the plan is coming together.

Neutral grip pull downs 140lbs for 3x15

Adductors and abductors with bands 3x20

Sumo deadlift 500x3, 500x3, 500x3, 500x15 rep PR

Kneeling reverse band overhead press 205lbs for 3x5

Front squat 185lbs for 3x10 (used front squat harness)

500x15 is huge!! I don't think I could get 15x315 and I would be really winded after. Did you video that?
