15 minutes of stationary bicycle

Did some fasted cardio yesterday morning. Really starting to noticeably lean out. Was 199lbs first thing this morning. Gonna try to stick it out a few more weeks and see what happens.

Done with low/almost no carbs after today. Gonna up calories to maintenance and maybe just carb cycle. Was planning on 3x10 with 500lbs on deadlift and struggled for 1 rep on the first set.

Just did 5x30 dips + accessories and called it a day. Gonna have some pasta for lunch and maybe ice cream later. Start the maintenance calories and carb cycling tomorrow.

I started the carb cycling three days ago. Did not know it’s hard as shit. Let’s see if I get used to it!

Looks closer to 12% to me however, I learned from taking several dexa scans just how impossible visual bodyfat estimating is.

I have to be around 10% bodyfat for my abs to pop like that... It's just the last place the fat leaves but I have veins and striations everywhere else. My shoulders look freaky at 14%, abs not so much.

The dexa scans are pretty cool... They show where the fat is with red and yellow colors. Had no fat around organs, anywhere on upper body and then boom... Yellow around midsection and a little in inner thighs. That was at 14% where I expected very visible abs but they were pretty mediocre, imo.

I know they're not accurate at all, but I plugged my measurements into one of those calculators and it said 13.4%. The number isn't really a huge deal to me. Mostly just want to be moderately lean while putting up good numbers. I just have a tiny bit of stubborn fat in my lower abs that every time I start to lose some of it my deadlift takes a hit and I freak out and abort the cut. This is probably the leanest I've been at 200lbs+ though. Can't really see in the lighting of that pic and under all the hair, but I've got visible veins in my hips, lower abs, and obliques.

I carbed up pretty heavy yesterday and felt a lot better in the gym today. I'm gonna try to stick with it a couple more weeks and just carb cycle a little. I bumped up my HGH dose a bit last week, too. Running a little prop, NPP, and var at the moment as well.
