Some accessory stuff. Can't shake the fear of getting another hamstring injury. Thinking I might stay away from heavy squat and deadlift a couple more months and maybe do bodybuilding stuff or just trap bar and front squat maybe to be safe. Should still have time to go after a 700lb deadlift before the year is over.
