I used to do crazy shit like that when I boxed. I always felt like shit. Weak as fuck but I was ripped and had amazing endurance/conditioning.I did at first. Felt awful, but it isn't as bad after a couple weeks. Staying properly hydrated makes a big difference.
Fasted HIIT am, 45min conditioning bag drills, floor drills, Med ball throws, ab work, rope, jumps, push ups etc. 30 min skill work after, pads, sparring etc.
