Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

I did at first. Felt awful, but it isn't as bad after a couple weeks. Staying properly hydrated makes a big difference.
I used to do crazy shit like that when I boxed. I always felt like shit. Weak as fuck but I was ripped and had amazing endurance/conditioning.
Fasted HIIT am, 45min conditioning bag drills, floor drills, Med ball throws, ab work, rope, jumps, push ups etc. 30 min skill work after, pads, sparring etc.

I just want to see it through for once and see if I can actually get lean. I'm already feeling small and weak and thinking about wanting to quit cutting every day. Might do a 198 meet after I get my strength back. I could probably take some state records at that weight and possibly an elite total. That way there's an actual powerlifting reason for this cut.

If you can make those crazy lifts at around 198lbs like you made when you were heavier you surely will be an elite freak lol.

206lbs

Went to a Thai restaurant for my cheat meal last night, split a sampler plate of appetizers and had chicken pad thai noodles. Then went to Coldstone Creamery and had a cheesecake ice cream waffle cone bowl for dessert.

This morning 2iu HGH immediately upon waking. 7.5mg of yohimbine hcl and 1500mg l-tyrosine before leaving for the gym. No coffee yet to assess yohimbine hcl tolerance.

10 minute light cardio warmup
10 minutes stairmaster HIIT
5 minute rest
40 minutes LISS incline treadmill

Will wait till noon for first meal. Felt pretty swelled up and vascular from the massive carb meal last night. Lifts will probably feel better for a few days at least. Was feeling kinda drained yesterday.

I guess the plan right now is just continue this a couple more weeks. I'm going to replace one of my cheese and nuts meals with two scoops of protein and unsweetened soy milk. That'll be more protein and a little less calories. Gonna stay off squat and deadlift at least another week as well. After the cutting phase is over go back to eating at maintenance and build strength back. A short bulk and strength cycle sometime early next year. I'd like to use the superdrol I've got if I can tolerate it, if not I'll run something else.

Also feel like my back is feeling better. I'm not noticing it as much moving and twisting around at work. I'm very ready to start squatting and deadlifting again. Guess I'll need to start fairly light and not push too hard until eating at maintenance again.

Shit! Deadlifting 700lbs and doing cardio before work? You're making me look/feel like a pussy.

To be fair I haven't done deadlift in a couple weeks because I hurt my back most likely due to lack of recovery from doing all the cardio and being in a calorie deficit. Kinda been lifting on easy mode lately to let my back heal up.

Slacker! Seriously, how's your back doing though?

It feels like it's getting better. It was never so bad it was really affecting my lifts, it just hurt after sets and when I moved certain ways at work and it wasn't getting any better. I was afraid it would go from moderate discomfort to something that might keep me out of the gym or unable to work if I kept trying to train through it.

Fasted cardio same as yesterday except only 30 minutes of LISS at the end. Forgot to pin my HGH and had to turn around and drive back home on the way to the gym.

Sucks, I mixed up my pre and intra workout drinks, and my post protein shake a couple weeks back. Got through the pre and intra and my workout. I was heading out grocery shopping after the gym and started drinking my post protein shake, it was just skim milk lol... I forgot to add the protein powder. So stop at a supp shop to pick up a protein bar lol..

I'm pretty good until I start changing my routine like I did today.

One of those "Oops!" moments lol. At least you fixed that :)

Bet you had a satisfying workout though.
