Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

Not bad for a powerlifter. I’ve never really been able to loose much bf without loosing strength either

I'm noticing it big time on bench. 315x5 was RPE 8-9 and my 225lb AMRAP was only 23 last night, right after the meet I got 225x35 and 315x9. It always comes back pretty quick with increased carbs and calories though. It's just depressing. Trying to keep my spirits up by being happier about losing bodyfat.

Yes the holiday blues really hits hard around Thanksgiving. At least the gym keeps you in a good mood.

93? It was 37 up here. Now I am jealous lol. Gonna be a snowstorm coming Sunday into Monday...not good!

205lbs

60 minutes of incline treadmill fasted plus some cable crunches and hanging leg raises

Had a big cheat meal last night. Mexican restaurant for dinner and a cheesecake blizzard from Dairy Queen for dessert. Noticed my 32" waist jeans are getting fairly loose on me. I think I'm going to keep my calories the same this week as I seem to be recomping nicely with this current setup and then the following week drop one of my cheese and nuts meals (about 700 calories) on the fasted days and run a slight deficit for the last few weeks.

I just decided not to weigh lol... not gonna worry too much until after Christmas. While not a license to pig out I do want to enjoy Christmas and not being so strict will keep strength up.

This is the strictest I've ever been on diet, I'm gonna go ahead and stick it out till I get where I wanna be. I'm so close now I wanna see it through. We might be vacationing in Florida the week of Christmas, too.
