I went once to a chiropractor in Santa Monica after squatting my 95% for 5reps with a spotter xD ( was dumb at that time) I ended up paying around 300 dollars for 2 sessions lol.

Not a bad idea. Those shoes are not cheap for sure. Make sure they are in your size first.I just bought some used Olympic shoes on Ebay for really cheap. Figured before shelling out $100+ on some new ones not knowing if I like them or not I'd trial run some cheap used ones first.

I thought you didn’t like the heeled lifting shoes.I just bought some used Olympic shoes on Ebay for really cheap. Figured before shelling out $100+ on some new ones not knowing if I like them or not I'd trial run some cheap used ones first.

Great as always!!! Perrin i find trap bar deadlift way harder than my usual conventional deadlift.. Is thst normal tho?
I always wear oly shoes when squatting to as deep as possible ( atg). With a regular shoes i cant hit that depth and my ankle hurts.
I’m stronger on conventional/sumo deadlifts than trap bar
Well, it’s catching up since I’ve been doing it more frequently but yes. I’m a posterior chain kinda guy I guessEven high handle? Madness.
Doing conjugate I have an excuse to use the trap bar to DL now—but I still wanna hold myself to the goal of 600 conventional first. Damnit.
I was thinking the same thing, after I hit this goal. I wanna do a decent block with it.I think I'm gonna program it like regular deadlift. Rotate a volume day, speed day, and AMRAP day. Not sure how long I'm gonna run it yet.
