Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

If my bench is the only lift that isn't gaining should i give this a try, for bench press only, at the start of my next blast? im at the end of a blast now. Would I just continue 5x5 until then?
I’m gonna sound like an asshole here, but fuck it...Dude, if you don’t know rudimentary shit like this, you really shouldn’t be using AAS at all. You should have a decently solid foundation underneath you (at least knowledge-wise), and at least some knowledge of biomechanics / how training effects you, before jumping on the juice boat. There’s an insane amount of knowledge out there ready to be soaked up.

I’m not referring to just this one post, but the combination of shit you’ve posted and questions asked. Don’t get me wrong, asking questions is a good thing...but talking about B&C without having the most basic knowledge of how to train is a really bad look.

I know this, I've put 98% of my research into taking gear. I'm doing 1 more blast and then I'm going to cruise for a year to work on diet and training, or longer even if I can't figure out how to gain on cruise after a year. If the answer is so simple then please tell me. Even in a PM so we don't clutter the thread.

Had a terrible day. Hurt my knee at work. A little break in some concrete only a couple inches that I didn't see and hit just right to fuck my knee up. Also feeling some lower back pain again. Weird because I don't feel anything doing deadlift, but twist a certain way or bending down to pick up plates I get a sharp pain in the lower right side of my back. Also still sick, got antibiotics last Friday and actually feeling a little better, but still feeling really run down in the gym. Even warmup sets had me out of breath.

Skipped good mornings because of the pain in my back. Probably shouldn't have done deadlift because of the knee thing. Don't learn apparently. Felt super heavy, but looking at the videos everything was fast. I guess just being sick and hurting all over made it harder in my mind. Working the next eight days in a row, so no resting.

Damn , not your day apparently. There’s always tomorrow. Is that version of Skeiko you’re running a 3 day or 4 days a week?

I know it, just getting frustrated by so many setbacks. I was counting up injured time last year and I spent 4-5 months unable to squat or deadlift last year and about the same off bench.

It's four days a week. Looks mostly bench all four days and squat and deadlift two days.

Setbacks been a part of my training life as well but I kept soldiering on. Hope you didn't tweak your knee too bad, and did you wrap it well to keep it stable?

I'm not really sold on knee wraps for knee health, I think sleeves are better. But no, I only use them for squatting type movements, they get in the way on deadlift and usually it's not enough knee bend to bother them.

Stopped after the dips, my back is hurting really bad. Weird it doesn't hurt during sets of deadlift, but was hurting more after. I might have to go to the walk in clinic next week and see if they can get me an X Ray or MRI or whatever is necessary to see what's wrong. It doesn't seem to be getting any better. I'm home icing my back now, already been eating ibuprofen like candy, so can't take any more at the moment.

You think it’s a disk or muscular?
