Everything moved fast today. Can't believe how well bench is moving lately.
Set 2 of 335x2
That looked like it went up nice and easy .
Nice
For just a cruise dose and minor extras I can't believe how well bench is feeling lately. If this keeps up I might hit mid 400's next blast.
Hitting mid 400s at your BW would definitely turn some heads at a meet.
That's for sure.
Not mention to turn the heads of those jokers you see at the gyms you go to lol. Watch them pick their jaws up off the floor after you do a monster bench set lmao!I still need to hit 2x bodyweight too. I've been really close before and never managed it. 420lbs at 210lbs or 440lbs at 220lbs would be nice.
Shit man, you’ll be pressing 5 plates in a couple years.
I think my next blast is gonna be focused primarily on bench. Maintaining / growing the others is easy
Everyone has their lift. I’ve always been a squat and deadlift guy. My bench hasn’t ever been great and now that I do everything paused with my ass down it’s total garbage
Bench and deadlift have always been easier for me with squat always being the struggle. Weird because I think my squat form is better than my bench form.
Squat used to be my worst lift. I hit three plates on the bench before squat. Lol. If I keep hitting it hard though it'll probably be my best lift before too long.
Squat and DL have been my easiest. Like, I know for sure I’ll have a 600+ squat and a 700+ pull. I don’t doubt that...BUT I’ll have to work my ass off to get a 405 bench.Bench and deadlift have always been easier for me with squat always being the struggle. Weird because I think my squat form is better than my bench form.
What monitor and strips do.you use? Also started back on berberine today. My fasted blood glucose was 94 this morning and has been creeping up lately. I'd like to finish out this Sheiko routine on MK until I test maxes in like six weeks. Then dropping it.
