On day 2 today. Having an off day. Was expecting around 15 on bench with 305lbs on the AMRAP. But this day will probably always be rough because no way to get enough sleep the night before. Front squat I've never done a set of 12 in my life and it was pretty much as expected.

I've noticed my ability to hit 12ish hypertrophy range had gone down a bit.
Just cant hit hypertrophy on squats like I used to before i started PL.
Used to live in the 12-16 zone.
Now I struggle with low weights high reps, but my.progress on the big lifts is excellent
