Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

Mmmm fettucine alfredo...that's awesome comfort food and my mom makes it great too bless her heart!

Sounds like you got a good plan coming along and here's to things getting better.

Planning is crucial.

Meant to post this here - I am rooting for you!

I figured when I saw the other post lol. Thanks!

Sounds like meet day

Pretty much except it'll be in the evening. Wake up around 3pm, big breakfast and take time for the halo to kick in.

Coffee packs a punch after over a month with no caffeine.
I am a coffee hound myself...love the smell and taste of a fresh hot cup of coffee in the morning right before I logon to my work computer at home!

I am thinking of getting one of those fit watches as well...especially one with an oximeter builtin.

Weighed 211lbs this morning, so down about 13lbs since Sunday. I guess it's mostly water since I dropped the MK 677, creatine, and lowered test from 1000mg back to 175mg per week. I stopped at Casey's every day this week before work and had two pieces of pizza with a sugary sports drink on top of my regular food to try to keep my weight up.

Went to my girlfriend's brother's wedding immediately upon waking today and had four breakfast burritos from McDonald's on the way. Restaurants reopened here for indoor dining this weekend, so we're probably gonna go out for Mexican tonight. Will probably finish up the weekend eating like shit and then get back to some semblance of diet next week, although I'm keeping calories high for awhile so as not to lose all my bench gains.

Did you like the higher testosterone cycle? Looks like it helped the bench numbers.

I did like the results. I didn't like needing blood pressure medication and my resting heart rate was averaging 20+ bpm over normal.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the 33lb bench PR. That comes close to my first cycle when my bench went from 335x1 to 370x1 and my first Anavar cycle when my bench went from 370x1 to 405x1. Seems all my bench gains have come in roughly 35lb increments and been stagnant the rest of the time.

After getting humbled by the reps on the days of this program I did I've dropped training maxes a bit and changed some exercises. The program adjusts the weight week to week based on AMRAPs anyway. Tentatively adding back in sumo deadlift as my secondary deadlift and hoping keeping it light doesn't hurt my hip. Had to guess some of the training maxes.

And here's what the week will look like.

Gonna try Monday through Friday for awhile to free up weekends since I'm so short on time. I'll get up at 3pm, have a small breakfast and get my stuff ready for work, get to the gym by around 4pm, lift and do cardio if time to get done by 5:30pm, then head straight to work. Get home from work at 7-8am, quick shower and straight to bed, wake up and repeat.

Also trying out microdosing my cruise dose for awhile. Been doing 0.1ml ED with an insulin pin this week. Might get tired of daily pinning though, I don't know yet.
