Realized I'd been forgetting to update. Lifted with my new training partner all last week and yesterday. I think what we're going to end up doing is running his squat and bench programming and my deadlift programming. He's mid 600's squat, high 400's bench, and just at 600lbs deadlift.
Bodyweight is mid to high 220's right now depending on the day and has been as high as 232lbs after weekend cheat meals. Squats felt decent yesterday doing some 5's with 385lbs.
We have two guys hurt and one quit at work recently, so been picking up some extra work here and there.
