On or off cycle I'm usually 130 over 80 or towards the high end. But not high enough to need meds my doc said.I was 140/80 a month ago when I went for a physical.

Squat 315lbs for 3x3
Paused bench 225lbs for 3x3
Deadlift 405lbs for 3x3
About an hour of stretching plus high cable rows and dumbell curls
