Deload day one of two

Squat 315lbs for 3x3
Paused bench 225lbs for 3x3
Deadlift 405lbs for 3x3

About an hour of stretching plus high cable rows and dumbell curls
I guess everyone else was thinking the same thing.lol I was sitting there trying to figure out how the hell you could take a pic and type out a message with your pulse over 200:eek:lol

Wish we were flies on the wall in that gym watching Perrin smashing pr's :)

I am going to the gym today too. Didn't go yesterday due to bad weather. Feeling more motivated myself!
