Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

Conventional deadlift 495x2, 545x2, 585x2, 615 miss (weird to miss 615lbs after 585x2 was RPE 7 at most. Gonna say it was from not doing conventional in awhile and going heavy on trap bar Saturday)

Strict press 135lbs for 3x10

Leg press 3 plates x15, 4 plates x15, 5 plates x15

Chest supported row 3x15

Hamstring curls 3x15

Conventional feel weird at all to you? Does for me quite a bit. Still finding a good groove with it. It's my second week doing it, and I've probably pulled conventional a total of 5 times in the last 2 years

@Eman lol yeah man. Did you ever seem the video of him in the basement where he almost shattered a window from squatting? It was a different basement than the one in that video. Weight just dumps off the bar and it goes flying.

@Brandaddy those are the same ones my old gym had. I never played around with them, but helped a couple guys who did.

I think they can be really useful for squat and bench. With squats o think they could really build confidence with big weight. Similar to chains. Same for bench along with stability

Rogue are a bunch of SOBs. They do have garage sales once and a while every Saturday where you can get their stuff for like 30-50% off. But you have to actually go to their production facility. I WILL say though, I used a pair of their HG collars a buddy had...best collars I've ever used. By a long shot. Ordered a pair for myself. I can't recommend them enough for heavy deads

Edit: also @Eman I didn't forget about you, I'll be send you over a bunch of stuff here I the next couple days. Life's been hectic

Low bar squat 370x3, 370x3, 370x3, 370x8

Sumo block pulls 585x2, 635x2, 675x2

Belt squats 3x15

Wide grip pull ups 3x10

Adductors and abductors with bands 3x20

Was having an off day. Was out in the cold all morning and then the gym was cold, never really felt warmed up.
