Usually, W1 to UK or EU is a few weeks total time (I am not sure if new methods are faster or slower).
Do you have tracking that shows it departed (to know for a fact it has already been shipped out)?
But then no other updates? it has no indication of arrival to destination country at all (no indication of seizure at destination port of entry)?
Thanks for your reply.
Last update is the package left Poland a week ago, but it's not showing on UK Royal Mail tracking, my past experience is much faster than this.

If it was seized, at least it should show it had arrived in UK, right?

Guys, with a delay from recent US Warehouse orders:
I am not sure what is not clear here -- the source had it posted on the NEWS section of their website, and the source's global sales manager himself has recently replied here in this thread as well:

Sections of the source's computer system are down for revision and an error with inventory was found that must be corrected.

"2021-03-22
UPDATE:

We completed warehouse revision today, but we found significant deviations between what our warehouse calculated and stock values on site for several demanded positions, so we have to recheck some products. It requires extra time. We expect to confirm and process all orders by tomorrow. All orders placed for weekend were removed. We need it to have all calculations done correctly. No worries, we restore all orders soon. Sorry for inconvenience."
--SOURCE of this quote:

Now all we can do is wait for those things to be fixed, site revision completed, and the system restored so orders may update and source can forward order to packer to be shipped etc. and hope inventory discrepencies do not have an effect on avaliablity of items in your order so all will be smooth.
Okay okay. Thanks man. I really appreciate you staying on top of this. Like I said, I'm not trying to be confrontational or annoying in anyway, I'm just biting my fingernails off over here man. For my peace of mind, what happens if inventory discrepancies do have an effect on the availability of items listed in my paid order(like Test C for example), could the source then just send me a different type of Test or would I have to wait for source to restock on the item?

Hopefully, any inventory discrepancies are resolved and do not effect anyone here. But if they do, I am sure the source will offer a solution.

I understand you are new to this :) it is no probolem. you are just new and nervous (that is natural). You will not lose money.
You will not worry once you have more experience. I used to get owrried about a few hundred bucks orders. then I lost big 5k $ value GH orders to seizures etc with a very popular GH source (not Basicstero). I've lost thousand on BTC crashes when things get crazy in that market etc. It makes experience and now I do not even worry about things because I know Basicstero is well-established and does good business.

Just be patient. usually US Domestic is one business week from payment confirmation, but this was a special situation and the source has to fix the computer system and inventory to make sure all is accurate (nothing was secret, he comminucated it throughout).
You will be ok :)

Is the "contact us" channel no longer in operation? I've been reaching out for several days and haven't gotten a response. The last time they responded(Friday), I was told that my order would ship on Monday. Now it is Tuesday and I'm being told that I have no order. Can anyone help me?? I can provide proof of order and payment. Thank you.

Thank you for the feedback. While I understand that this situation in its entirety "is not unique or specific to me individually", it is of course an individual concern of mine that no one has replied to my "contact us" messages for several days in order to confirm that I do still have a valid order, and to ensure that no error has occurred. Furthermore, I cannot understand how simply counting inventory interferes with shipping out orders that have already been paid for many days ago. I mean, my payment was picked up 4 days ago and I have no indication of my order even existing or when it will be shipped(I was told on Friday that it would be shipped out yesterday, but this was not true obviously).
P.S It is not my intention to be confrontational or repetitive, but the fact that no one is replying to my messages on the sources site only serves to enhance my skepticism, and forces me to vent my concerns here where someone will actually reply.

(From Source Terms)

"SHIPPING

8. When your payment is confirmed, we will begin preparing your order for dispatch. It may take up to 24 hours. Total delivery time is up to 3-5 days."

Im having this exact issue. I ordered and payed via Bitcoin last Friday. I added payment info immediately. No that order has disappeared but it still shows previous orders from the last few years. No response using “contact us”. A little worried because it was a lot of money for me.

In all honesty we're probably both paranoid, and I do have a reason to be paranoid because this is my first time getting PED'S from an online source, but it doesn't really help that the source isn't responding to messages via the website. I don't know what to make of this, but I do know that it wouldn't be smart of anyone to scam me because I'm a part-owner of 2 gyms, so if I actually ever get this gear and it's legit I would probably send A LOT of customers their way. We shall wait and see..

Yeah it did on the day the warehouse revision started I was told they still have payment information though so all I can do is wait and hope for the best.

I mean that's reassuring and all but I just can't fight this feeling I have that tells me I just got fucked over.

Hi, I understand your concern, but please do not worry, if you made an order and paid for it, everything will be fine, you will definitely get what you ordered. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused, it is possible that your message did not reach or the response message got into the spam folder. In any case, if you need help, please wait a little more and we will help you. Believe me, there is no reason to worry, we always do our best to make the customer happy, everything will be fine.

Thanks for your reply.

I would think it would at least show some entry to the destination country.
But it is still only one week. I do not have first-hand experience with UK (I am in the States), but it still sounds early to be worried.

Hopefully some other guy in UK may see this convo and offer more specific experience and advice. As an onlooker to UK and EU posts (but personally inexperienced), it looked like typical times were about 3 to 4 weeks (but I am not sure if any new method if different).

IF anyone else is in UK and has experience, please offer us some addtional first-hand insight.

My order was just confirmed, restored, and status says "order shipped"! Though my payment info is gone...not sure if I need to re-upload that or not. Either way, I think you guys will be good as well.

You know how to spot a troll, shill, or coward?
When someone clearly is using a fake account to hide who they are on their main account.

Why would anyone want to hide behind an alternate account?
Seems kinda shady.

Oh well, I am sure sources still appreciate their threads getting bumped since most people surf looking for sources, never even join a board or dig thousands of pages in, so all the bashing trolls actually do is help keep a source's name up on top of searches which means more people just casually surfing to find name/link to a source will see the business.

6 posts count (as of this moment); pretty interesting post history for someone totally new to an online community...

I joined this forum years ago, but since half of the functions don't work I cannot recover the lost password or name. You can contact a mod to verify I'm not faking anything. Here is my permission.

Now, I asked you a simple question you avoided.

Is this source still selling fake gear or letrozole under anastrazole?

Whatever they sell, I will buy.
You can disappear now.

@Jc420 I feel like your question may not be legitimate nor logical -- it is a logical fallacy called "begging the question."*

You assume something but have not proven your assumption.
The assumption you put forth (and entire basis for your "question") is debated, being questioned, further testing needed, and you have NOT proven it to be without room to doubt (see summary quotes below).

"The fallacy of begging the question occurs when an argument's premises assume the truth of the conclusion, instead of supporting it. In other words, you assume without proof the stand/position, or a significant part of the stand, that is in question. Begging the question is also called arguing in a circle."
*--REFERENCE linked below (I urge people to please learn this and other manipulations so we may each identify if/when they occur in all aspects of life -- especially with the media and politicians):

Now for someone who claims to be a long-time member and so interested in this topic, I am surprised you are not up-to-date with things and/or able to find/search for recent posts youself.
Do you truly need to be spoon-fed the info? or are you just trolling?
Regardless, here you go (search results quoted below which summarize things for you in case you are genuinely intersted and were not aware of the situation -- because I do care about and wish to help everyone and we all need to access to info to make good choices, even if i may question their sincerity):

SUMMARY:
Here is the analytic result from SIMEC for that batch (according to Frank from Pharmacom Labs):
2VnR925.jpg

Please see the very recent post quoted below that answers your question and concerns:
SIMEC testing show it is adex.
The source's testing shows it is adex.
Jano testing shows it is letro.
I respect both (and Frank has also stated he is not doubting Jano -- from what Frank wrote, it sounds like the source even paid to have it tested again).

I would appreciate if I could see what ChemTox or another 3rd-party lab concludes. I know it is not practical and unlikely to occur; but, at this point I am also just interested because I am NOT doubting any of these tests, services, or labs -- but the results are not the same so I am curious.

Are you already in direct communication with Frank (@Pharmacom Labs ), or the source's customer service, via email?

As you can see from my re-post of Frank's information, the source has data from SIMEC that shows these raws where Adex -- so there is a disagreement on the conclusion and more investigation is needed.

Here is what we know so far:
•SIMEC testing showed the batch was made from raws that are adex.
•Nonetheless, as Frank stated, he "asked Janoshik to do an extra test and paid for it. It confirmed the first result. It showed letrozol. It is hard to deny chromotography reports, so there is no way I deny Janoshik`s reports."
•Clearly the source is not trying to scam anyone because it would not make any sense to provide an expensive compound at such a precise measured amount (it was nearly perfectly 1mg testing at 0.97mg) -- this rules out any profit incentive or skipping measuring etc.
•Regardless of your individual situation or interest, at this point even the source wants to know more and, according to Frank, "obviously further analysis of this batch from a third-side lab is needed."
•INTL Warehouses do not have any of this batch left in stock; the source has removed this batch from their shelves at US domestic warehouse.

If you are already in direct communications with Frank from Basicstero, then he will handle it from here.
But if you are not, let me know (here or PM) and I will try to help. I do not have any special access to accounts, orders, or any authority to send out products etc. but I can at least help facilitate communication and/or help reach a resolution.

For anyone that reads my reply here and does not understand the context and/or needs some background about what we are talking about here, my recent post below is a summary from Frank of what we know so far:
So, i got some info from our team. I have already posted it in our thread and will just copy-paste.

So, in my previous post I stated we are sure that anastrozol we have contains anastrozol, not letrozol. This is my point still. I do not have myself chemical background, so I could probably not completely understand all tiny testing details, but I will translate to you info provided by our specialist.

As explained earlier we ordered raws stock in advance due to rumors about possible raws lack in future. Those raws were tested and we use them in the current batch we have in stock. Currently international warehouse has batch number PHAN00007E. We tested it today again.

As a reference sample we used anastrozol from Tocris bioscience, which is a pharma grade supplier and causes no doubts in its quality. its like more known Merck.

See photo attached.

And here are screenshots from our analysis software interface:

Here you see 2 peaks. Blue peak is for reference sample Tocris bioscience. Grey peak is our anastrozolos from current batch PHAN00007E. They match. These peaks are typical for anastrozol.

Another view from our software. Yellow is Tocris bioscience reference sample, blue is our anastrozol.

This screenshot is ready report for current batch in our stock PHAN00007E.

Anyone (preferably with some history and reputation on this board) who has doubts and has this batch on hands can send his/her sample to a lab. We will only welcome this extra check.

So, after repeat test we are sure that the batch currently we have in stock at international warehouse at least is anastrozol.

Next, I contacted magaboss13 and asked to provide his batch number and photo. He did it. He got batch PHAN00002E. It was ordered from US domestic warehouse. This is a very old batch, which was produced from other raws long before coronavirus broke out. That batch was produced in April 2018.

On our site we have for a long time report from Simec certified lab for this batch from August 2018. You can see it here

Code:
https://int.basicstero.ws/public/pdf/anastrozolos.pdf

This report is from August 2018 and it is for batch PHAN00002E. This report has its individual number C74226. I think if you contact Simec, provide this number they will validate and confirm that this report is genuine, not faked. As per this report our pills have exactly 1 mg of anastrozol in it. Reports from Simec can be trusted even more than our own reports I guess. This is an accredited certified lab in Switzerland.

So...I am just lost at this point. Really no idea, how come is that possible that one report shows it is anastrozol and another report shows it is letrozol...Our international warehouse does not have this batch in stock anymore, so we can not test it now.

US domestic warehouse seems to have some packages left. I asked our local warehouse to revise all anastrozol, sort out all packages with batch PHAN00002E and put it aside so far. Since situation is really odd, we will not send it to you. We are revising our stock there now. If we find more packages with this batch left, it would be nice to test it somewhere else. We do not have an opportunity to import it from the USA to our own lab. I have also contacted Simec and they are refusing to work with non-GMP certified manufacturers due to misuse of their reports. If we find more packages with this batch it would be nice to test samples in some other third-side lab. Not at Janoshik. No disrespect. But you all see what we have. Simec shows one thing, Janoshik shows another thing. I asked Janoshik to do an extra test and paid for it. It confirmed the first result. It showed letrozol. It is hard to deny chromotography reports, so there is no way I deny Janoshik`s reports. However, obviously further analysis of this batch from a third-side lab is needed. So far we remove this batch from our shelves at US domestic warehouse, if we find some pieces left. I have not received warehouse revision report yet.
People ask for information, details, explainations etc. then a few guys, we hardly ever see post here (and I do not even know if they are customers), jump into the tread/topic to call the information you provided "excuses."

They are just bashers -- if you did not explain anything they would bash and say "where is your reply? we would like to know more..."
but if/when you reply with the geuine details you have, they call it "excuses."
They will just hate on anything and they are not here to be productive.
It is easy to see who is actually currious to get more information and understand the details of a situation and who is just trolling or making drama.

What is strange to me is how they have the time with life so busy and so many other things most of us have to do.
Update. We found about 50 packages of that questionable batch PHAN00002E at US domestic warehouse. We will not send it to anyone but we will send samples to a lab. Trying to find a lab and negotiate analysis now.
I look forward to figuring out this situation and hopefully it leads to positive outcomes and improvement for everyone.

Investigating this result holds the source, the raws supplier, and even testing services to higher standards and all that leads to is even better higher quality products and services for all of us.

For these reasons, instead of stress and negativity, I view this situation as a positive opportunity for continuous improvement in these important areas of interest to all of us here.

Also, understand no one here is against one another -- we all want the same things with good testing, high quality products, and most of all the freedom to make the choices we choose to make in our lives, our interests, our health, and our goals, without government overreach.

Lmao, how many of these fake samples have you sold already? You probably ruined some people who thought they were taking anastrazole, and you say you see this as a nice opportunity to be positive and keep improving? I know you aren't this fucking stupid but it's sad to see your buyers are. Don't blame me for this criticism. If everything that we paid for was correct, since you read my posts, you'd see I left extremely positive feedbacks on other sources so I would do it for you too.

On top of this, half of your webpage claims extreme caution and quality. Apparently this is all BS because one thing is a product being a bit underdosed, but selling x as y is a death penalty for dealers.

Instead of mass compensation and testing of your current batches you keep writing shit that doesn't make sense in attempt to cover this up.

I'd advice you to test everything you got from "other" sources, before leaving extremely positive feedbacks

You got what you paid for, if you want big pharma grade product control, why not try GSK or Pfizer?

yes, exactly, he is free to shop wherever he would like (the beauty of a free-market).

But as much as I appreciate a free-market economy, I also value the right to freedom of speech and as such I do not discourage the guy from expressing himself or voicing his opinion (I have fought for and will continue to fight to defend basic freedoms and values expressed in the US Constitution even if/when I may not agree with how someone uses that speech or freedom -- in this political climate, we all face far more serious concerns than the little topics on these boards, the gym, and our hobbies -- any excuse to reduce freedom is an attack upon all freedom so I respect his freedom).

I wonder what chance he has with small UGLs that are just some private guy ordering chemicals off the black-market online and hoping it is what it should be.
Some do not care about customers at all and actively sell junk.
But many do care; however, even with the best intentions, how would some garage lab know what he or she has?
By this I mean, I feel most sources do care about customers (like are often guy just like you and I that lift and like bodybuilding or powerlifting etc), but they are at the mercy of some guy in a country far away that sells illegal bulk chemicals online -- that online guy selling the chemicals on the darknet may not care, but that is who most small labs must trust and base things upon.
Good luck to this troll because he is going to need all the luck he can get.

Regarding even Big-Pharma, why do theses billion-dollar big pharma companies have recalls? With all their advanced testing, trails, and resources, and the government agencies' testing and resources etc., after all that, they still find out later there were testing errors or other issues -- everything ever recalled by the FDA was once approved by the FDA.
jrWbJeB.jpg

But this troll somehow has access to some 100% infallible info and products, how?

Jc420 should just start his own lab and he would be the most successful source ever if he is able to achieve higher quality than even Big-Pharma billion dollar companies.

Well until then, regardless of this topic or the outcome of this old batch (which was produced years ago and is no longer for sale) Pharmacom will still be in business, keep getting more customers (his bumping of the thread actually and the resulting attention actually helps that cause), and continue to be one of the most popoluar labs in the world.

Basicstero will be ok even without this guy's business or approval.

The fact you got so upset over a simple question that you brought American constitution to this discussion only indicates you've been taking your products which aren't labeled and sold correctly.

The fact you got so hostile over your own mistake also indicates that I or my friends or everyone else that has common sense won't order your products until you improve quality and assure us we are buying what is labeled.

The fact you got so hostile over your own mistake also indicates that I or my friends or everyone else that has common sense won't order your products until you improve quality and assure us we are buying what is labeled.
I think the business will be just fine without your purchases or your friends -- no need to worry about the source's income, but I appreciate your concern.

Hostile and upset?

To be clear, no one here got upset or hostile at all, but maybe you.
Nor have I made any mistake producing anything-- I do not produce anything (I am a customer just like you or anyone else, working as a consultant because of my experience and educational background and to help facilitate communication with the English speaking market because English is not the primary/first language).

Look back, I thanked you for posting and said I support your freedom to express your opinions.
I am not sure why you do not respect the fact I value the Constitution and as such I am supportive of your freedoms; it is odd that you take respect and support of freedom as hotility.
Without bashers, trolls, and shills, like you, I am not as needed or have the opportunity to reply -- so not only do you help keep the source's thread bumped, but you almost justify some of my income :) thank you for that as well.
Therefore,I am not at all upset with you (quite the opposite, I appreciate you).
Regardless, my mood does not have any relevance to the topic.

Jc420 you should start lab and it may be the most successful source ever if you can achieve a quality than even Big-Pharma companies or industry-grade production (as mentioned in my previous post).

I know I would buy from you if you can achieve infallible perfection (something not even the largest publicly traded corporations have ever achieved).

Well until then, regardless of this topic or the outcome of this old batch (which was produced years ago and is no longer for sale) Pharmacom will still be in business, keep getting more customers (his bumping of the thread actually and the resulting attention actually helps that cause), and continue to be one of the most popular labs in the world.

As I already stated, but I am happy to repeat for you, I feel like your question may not be legitimate nor logical -- it is a logical fallacy called "begging the question."*

If you had any stronger evidence or additional proof at this time in support of your concerns, I suspect you would have presented it;
independent of any future findings regarding the batch in question (it actually being adex or if it is determined to be letro in the follow-up testings) does not change the logic, or should I say lack thereof, of your manipulative wording -- you have not current presented any additional data or support of your claims nor added any additional information to this topic.

IF you have some new important evidence or data please share it with all of here now; if not, you have not offered anything new of value to consider.

You assume something but have not proven your assumption.
The assumption you put forth (and entire basis for your "question") is debated, being questioned, further testing needed, and you have NOT proven it to be without room to doubt (see post linked below):

"The fallacy of begging the question occurs when an argument's premises assume the truth of the conclusion, instead of supporting it.

Here is the analytic result from SIMEC for that batch (according to Frank from Pharmacom Labs):

Please see the very recent post quoted below that answers your question and concerns:
