Thanks Wunderpus. Crossfit, my thinking is that less shots are better. I usually pin just glutes with quads being a secondary. I also try to pin a gram and run eq or deca with it, no orals. So, with this in mind you might see how a higher concentration with less pins would be desirable. When i get bloods, if they aren't where i want them to be i don't want to be worrying about how i am going to squeeze 2 more shots in and where i am going to put them. Of course this is nullified if i can't deadlift or squat around shot days.
