Guys, i were replying to pms. opened lot of them simultaniously, dozens of tabs in browser. replied to some and at one moment my browser cosed with some error. i opened it again but it did not offer to recover opened pages. 1.) If your product is sitting in customs, it's doing just that.....sitting!

If you haven't gotten a seizure letter, then your package hasn't been seized. So please stop with all the "my pack has been seized, because it been in customs for 8 days instead of 4 days....etc...

Pharmacom should honor his agreement. If you charging customers for Steathly shipping, you need to comply, or either refund/apply credit for future purchase.

Question regarding the shipping of my international order:

I am not going to include any info that can give away to much details.

My order shipped and per the tracking it stayed in a status of "Processed Through Facility" - HONG KONG AIR MAIL CENTRE, HONG KONG for a pretty long time period (this was a sale order). Tracking eventual updated to "Arrived" and then "Departed" at USPS facility and it then updated to arriving at one of the two USPS facilities all packages I order go to and through, just prior to ending up at my local USPS facility and being sent out for delivery.

My concern is, I see nothing that indicates the package was processed through the ICS facility and was both inbound and/or outbound of customs. Is this something that I should be concerned about LE?

Thanks in advance. This was my first int order and typically when I have ordered other items out of the country, I will see the ICS and customs info via the tracking updates.

CBP over at NYC are about to bring some new system online live in may. Like the body scanners at the airport. Now they wont be able to scan everything, but they'll be able to look at more stuff and do a better job looking at it. And, my bet is they will try and scan everything until they get backed up to the point where they cant anymore, pangea 16

I havent seen an inbound to customs in months
just isc to regional sort

I've had 2 packages seized in the past month and a half. My first package was seized and I received the letter. I told Frank and showed him the letter and he sent another shipment to a different address with a different name. The 2nd package has been sitting at customs since March 5th; "processed through LA sorting facility" blah blah. Same exact message that was on my 1st shipment that got seized. I haven't received the 2nd seize letter yet, but i'm sure I'll be receiving it soon.

Frank and I went back and forth in a few emails and even though they normally don't ship out a 3rd package, he said he would ship a 3rd package to another address. I'm most likely not going to have him ship it though because I'm assuming that one will get seized as well and I don't want to get arrested. I would like my money back but I guess that won't happen.

My question is, who else has had 2 packages seized from the same source? I've never seen their packaging, but maybe they should change that up since I've had 2 packages seized in the past month and a half.
