One thing I noticed in the fine print is that they will not reship the free vials that you get with thier promotion only the things you actually paid for...Which is a huge hit imho if these seized orders keep up...

That is true. Fortunately for me when I talked to them back in April, they promised me my promo items. But that's because I got 3 consecutive seizures and frank was willing to make the exception. But they normally DO NOT send promo items

Hey anyone having issues with recieving there tracking #?? It's been a little over 3 weeks and no tracking :/ I'm assuming holidays .. Never had the slightest problem with basicstero so I'm sure I will eventually receive it..

I would email them through the contact us on the site and PM Frank. Shouldn't take three weeks to get tracking info. Have you confirmed that your payment has been picked up and that the order was sent?

Thanks for the reply.. It says order shipped.. But I did have some problems with my Bitcoin problems bc circle app don't let you buy bitcoins anymore , so I switched to a different Bitcoin app and only get 100$ limit per week,, so I only paid for about half my order. But I told them my situation and they seemed 100% okay with it and said its okay just send us the money every chance you get and no worries it's not a big issue... I have a lot of orders with them so I'm sure they know they can trust me.

PM Frank. Sounds like the wires got crossed somewhere. You should have a tracking number in no more than 2 to 3 days after it says order shipped.

Yeah I have never waited this long, but I know it's been shipped and they were really understanding with my payment issues and says it's not a problem . I know there really busy and most likely short staff for holidays.. Thanks for your reply hopefully I'll receive good news soon. Happy New Years!
