I admittedly was an asshole to this source in our email commutations, Yet he remained polite professional and helpful. All emails were answered quickly and professionally.

Ordered 7 vials of tren ace. It shipped out the morning after my order (it would have shipped earlier but I placed the order late in the day).

I also would like to sincerely apologize for being so rude to this source and being so impatient even though my order shipped very next day. I have no good excuse for being so rude. So for that I am sorry @BigChevy1470

Here is my color chart for capsules if you order from the team that handles ProM, BigdaddyB(Bostins Lloyds site) or from Thinksteroids:

Anadrol = Purple
Anavar 25mg = Orange
Adex = White
Cialis = Yellow
Dbol = Blue
Halo = Yellow
Anavar 10mg = White
Nolvadex = Red
Primo Ace = Red
Superdrol = Blue/White
Winstrol = Yellow

I am getting a full color coded chart from the SST side of things to post here. Their capsule color code is different so ordering from SST vs Thinksteroids will get you a different cap color per compound. But I will post theres here anyway so its available regardless of where you indicate your ordering from.

Look everyone, I know there is a very high standard here. And sources go under the microscope hard. My team and I thought we were 100% ready. And we have learned quickly that we did not come prepared with everything needed to prove to you that we are a trustworthy, high performing source.

Hopefully as we stumble through this experience and enough transparency is provided we can show you that we are in fact a pretty damn good source. However this will be determined in time and earned in cm of trust.

@Vanargandar - I deeply apologize. We do double filter all of our products. I rarely get reports of gear with floaters. But things can happen. I am having one of my guys look over stock right now to make sure we dont have any other vials with shit in them. Of course we will replace your order and hook you up as @Ttran1485 assumed. Ill even send you the filters you need to re filter it if you want mate that way you get replaced product and dont have to buy the micron filters to fix the product that we fucked up.

@Ttran1485 - Mate your not wrong to think the way you do. We have already stumbled a few times and its only been a week. The Vacuum seal issue I have never had a complaint on before ever. But no one goes under the microscope like they do when they hit Meso, so as embarrassing and damaging as this is im glad it was brought to my attention so I could address it.

The lab pics ive been trying to get for a while now. We 100% scheduled stock and lab pics to get done earlier in the week and my schedule has taken a shit.
But I understand your perspective. I am more than happy to put a hold on the current sale, and to encourage everyone to not buy from me until I can provide the proof that we have a decent set up. I am frustrated beyond belief that I did not have this ready prior to posting last friday, and the past week or so has not done me any favors on getting to this. The team and I decided to launch without a few of the pictures not realizing how much emphasis was going to be on that.

HPLC testing done annually is not in my opinion a bad protocol. We go through thousands of bottles of product per month, to pre-test every batch of oils and orals before it is purchased is unrealistic and would cost an absolute fortune, not 1 source is testing finsihed products more than semi-annually and id be shocked if you could show me even 1.

And to be fair almost all my testing is within the last 6 months. The oldest test was in fact 6 months ago on the Mast E and because a customer sent it to Jano the same place we would, we did not have that tested because it was within our original 12 month testing protocol.

@Nonoy19 - The capsules are all colored according to product there is a color code in case anything ever gets mis labeled the product can still be identified by the color of the cap.

Probably the best response a source can give to a situation like this. Kudos

That’s a bold statement. Liska and Goodlyfe have both shown labs for multiple batches. They both regularly test their HGH batches as well.

So have you gotten with whoever brews your oils to determine the exact root cause of the floater, and how many other affected vials you suspect got shipped out? You mentioned part of the filter which leads me to believe this isn't an isolated problem.

It's obvious there was little to no QA on your damn intro sale here and it's best you get ahead of a bigger problem by being upfront. Orders placed last week should start landing so can other customers possibly find the exact same issue? Your team should have inspected every vial in stock by now to see how many affected vials you have.

3 day T/A, All gear is clean, no floaters, pack was discreet and well packaged. I included a picture of the vial tops to show people what type this vendor uses (the good higher quality ones that don’t rip or rip the alcohol pad).

So the floater was the result of the overuse of one of the disposable filters, we usually toss them after 1000ml of oil has been ran through each one. It looks like one of my guys was not paying careful attention to the amount he filtered. We have had the potentially effected batches inspected and we have not seen any other floaters. So of course its possible that something else has been sent out with another filter fiber in it, but as best we can tell this doesn't look like its going to be a consistent issue from the batches that were filtered by that individual.
