You are referring to the House version of the AAS bill. Biden wrote the Senate version and introduced it 6 months before the House followed suit with its version.

So far the most recent precedent we have is Melissa bumstead’s controlled delivery in 2021. She opened the package with Chris’s gear and there was a tracking device in it.
How it happened? Its speculated that it was due to Iain saying something like “we have our drugs shipped already” on a podcast 2 weeks prior. Also, they used FedEx to ship (lol). Lastly, if its a package to someone with last name bumstead who herself is also a bodybuilder, and its crossing from Canada to the US around the time of a major show, it’s painfully obvious what’s inside.
They likely didnt want to risk using other gear than exactly what they had used before

As I said above, domestic, and no, not still around. It was around for quite a while afterward, though, with apparently no issues.
It was just my unlucky draw that shipment. I don't think that there is anything I did or could have done "wrong" or "right."
