POTG Sust/Npp log

Yes not sure on the dehydration, I would agree maybe 2-3 points at the very most.

That still leaves you around 51-52 points which is still getting up there.

Keep us posted on it.

Just remember the aspirin is low dose aspirin to thin blood.

I'm on it. Going to get a referral to a doctor tomorrow and do what is necessary. I'm just going to keep an eye on it and see what I can do. I'd be more worried if I had any of the sides and if they occur I'll be dropping this cycle. Either way I'll be getting the therapeutic donations done and more blood work soon to see where everything is at and as always I will post to keep everyone up on what's going on.

Another thing if you have to do frequent donations for awhile keep an eye on your iron. Happened to me last year and I was fatigued all the time and my resting pulse was very high. Got an iron test with my bloodwork and it was extremely low. Started taking iron and felt better within a couple weeks.

Yeyey, excited for this. I'm still PCTing from my last loooong cycle >< looking forward to living vicariously through you.

So you decided to not start a trt. Good to hear from you again. I'm actually basing how to keep up on my diet from the stuff you shared with your last cycle log. Went out and got a deep freezer so I can prep how you were.

So I have my appointment to take care of my hemocrit levels so that will be worked on and squared away. So the pip from yesterday is minimal, I have no complaints there and everything is underway as long as I can keep the bloods good.

What's up with meso guys and 16 weeks cycles?
Your gains will plateau at around weeks 10-12
In my opinion short Esther gear such as npp shouldn't be ran for more than 9 weeks you might as well run Nandrolone Deca instead if you want run that long.

I thought about running deca instead of the npp but to be honest I really just like npp. My last cycle was also 16 weeks but I did drop the npp early. This time I decided to just run it all the way through. Even if it does plateau some I will still get the benefits for my joints. That said I've read stuff that suggests what you stated and articles that also suggest that you can run npp longer than 9-12 weeks. But I agree that in the future I'm going to consider a longer Ester deca.

You can run anything longer, you can do whatever you want it's your endocrine system.

Life is good. Second pin done. Some Kodiak cakes in my belly and off to the gym soon for a good back workout.

Nothing new today just going to go to the gym and I'll pin again tomorrow. Then of to the doctors Monday to start fixing my hemocrit levels.

Well first week down not much to report. Diet is on track and workouts are normal. Nothing is really going to kick in yet. Tomorrow I do have my doctor's appointment to start dealing with the high hemocrit.

I've been on Trt for 10 years. I've had my hemoglobin hit 19 before. Once. Not good.
My Doc at the time threatened to stop my treatment if I didn't regularly give blood.
"You can feel perfectly fine and next moment have a heart attack and die."
Anyway, since then I donate whole blood every eight weeks on the date and never miss. It lowers it by a couple points and is free insurance. Donating double reds can drop it by 4 points immediately.
I know you said you can't donate because of tats but I would suggest setting up another way with your Doc to get it done on a regular basis, say 4-6 times a year.

I have tattoos and I donate double reds all the time....

Edit: you can also see a hematologist, they will take your blood out for you. I know one member who went to the hematologist 4 weeks in a row to get his back under 50

Well had a set back had to go to county and beat some charges. Haven't worked out in a month so I'm going back on the trt and re start in a month or so but at least I'm back my friends.
