POTG Sust/Npp log

Week three all wrapped up. Definitely feeling the effects of the shorter esters in the sustonon. My lifts are up weight is up and my body fat is down over the last month of training. My health is good and the npp is doing its job as well. I am definitely feeling more dense then usual. So far so good can't wait till bloods in a couple of weeks.
 
Middle of week 4 and things are really going. There is no doubt that my strength and recovery are up. My lifts are amazing. I've managed to put on a few pounds and decrease body fat. My muscles are feeling good and dense. Pip has been rough. I'm guessing it's the sustonon because I've never had bad pip with NPP before. I can't wait for bloods I'm really curious to see the numbers.

I learned alot my last cycle and really appreciate the continued support from @Roger rabbit and @Apexvallen. Our conversations since I've been here have helped me alot and I learned alot from my last cycle from you guys that I am applying for this one.

Week 5 is going good. My workouts are just starting to explode. I'm having trouble adjusting some of my weight because of the increase that has been happening. Overall it's great and one more week then I'll get my first bloods done.

Sorry I haven't been on, just real busy. Things are progressing well my training is real solid and I'm filling out nicely. I got bloods done last Monday and I'm just waiting for the results. I should get my results in the next couple of days. I ended up getting them done on week 7 instead of six.
 
20170731_231341.png Well here are my mid cycle bloods. I took them almost exactly 48 hours after my last pin, bloods were taken last monday. I'm quite happy with them. Everything is far more under control than my last cycle. Learned a lot and I am definitely applying what I have learned.

I wish I could but every square inch of my body is inked up with very specific artwork and since I have a bit of a history it's cataloged. So I can't do that and remain anonymous.
 
Following this for sure.

bloods look good. I just got my TRT bloods done and pinned his test e 300 for the first time yesterday for my little blast.

Yes I'm going to this week. I don't think I'll be able to work out much this week I have a brutal shoulder strain. I've had it for a couple of weeks and tried to work through it but it was bad after the gym this morning so I'm going to go since I have the time.
 
So I have a case of bursitis in my shoulder so I have to take this week off. Got a cortazon injection the other day and I'll have to get some type of compression support for my shoulder for awhile so I can Lift again without messing it up again.
 
Finally getting back to the gym after a week off. Got the shoulder tapped up and a nice EVS sport brace for the shoulder. It's feeling a lot better but not 100 percent. I'm pretty sure I can continue lifting but we will see what my body tells me tomorrow.
 
Well week 9 is at a close I was able to return to the gym some this week but went lighter to allow the shoulder to heal some. Next week I should be able to return to form and finish up the last few weeks solid.
