POTG Sust/Npp log

Well I have been getting my workouts back in order and I'll be ready to start this cycle again either next week or the week after. I'm just going to jump back into it and go the full 16 weeks. All of my stats are the same again since I've been working out. I did end up seeing my doctor about the hemocrit levels and he believes that it was dehydration because my platelets were not elevated as well. He knows what I put in my body so I just need to make sure that I'm drinking enough water
 
All right fellas now that everything is back on track I'm starting this cycle up again. Everything is the same except my pin days are on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Also my weight went down to 244. These are the only changes from my break. I'm sticking with the same bloods because nothing should have changed much. I will be getting my first cycle bloods six weeks in unless I need them earlier. I'm not worried about my hemocrit at this point since the doctor states it was high due to minor dehydration. First pin was today so let's get the ball rolling again.
 
Of course there is not much to report on my second day diet is going well and my next pin is tomorrow just happy to have everything back on track.
 
Everything is progressing as usual. My workouts are going well,diet is steady. No complaints. I got a little pip from my first injection but not too bad. Life is good.
 
Pip today is a little bad but not unmanageable. Training is good and steady I'm up a couple of pounds this week. Maybe a little water or the diet working well. My diet is much better planned then my last cycle. Solid food prepping and scheduled meals. I'm much happier with it this time around.
 
Last injection of the week. I am starting to get a little extra sweaty same thing happened when I started my last cycle. My work outs were solid this week did legs today and I couldn't be happier can't wait for everything to kick in.
 
Week 2 started. My weight is up a couple of pounds and my appetite is increasing some. I aways seem to get real hungry using npp. Also my joints seem to feel a little better. I have some elbow issues and did not feel those problems when I did chest and triceps today. Diet is good going to do a shit ton of food prep today on my day off.
 
Mid way through week 2 and I am feeling good. Up a couple of pounds probably retaining water some. Don't really expect much for another couple of weeks.
 
Yes but only on cycle because of blood pressure issues, off cycle I take half of that.
Didn't you say ur bloodpressuure is good and ur wife checks it daily???

Then you say you take a lot of challis because of blood pressure issues???

See.... You did say opposite things here?? lol. I guess the real answer is you just don't care and want to keep going on with cycling..
No that is not it at all if I am off the Cialis my BP gets out of wack so I take different doses depending whether I'm on or off. Even then if I'm not careful of my habits it gets high. I was more or less referring at that particular point of time that my BP was fine. But as I said it's not always the case so I consider it always an ongoing issue. At the moment it is OK.

No I care alot about my health the men in my fathers side of my family all had extremely bad habits and died before they were 60. So I'm trying to do the exact opposite and I'm trying my best to take care of myself.
 
So on to week 3. I'm up in weight to 251. Lifts are slightly increasing. My appetite is extremely healthy. My joints are definitely feeling good. Started my AIast week no issues there. I will be getting my mid cycle bloods in 3 more weeks unless any issues pop up.

well as long as its good now, thats all that matters. Just keep taking it.
I just found a blood pressure monitor at my house. I am going to use it eod or daily.

My bp was 130/88 and a week ago 120/82
 
Mine fluctuates like that as well, I think mostly due to stressors. I haven't had any trouble lately but I have also almost completely eliminated caffeine from my diet. I got stuck on energy drinks for a long time and they really fucked with my blood pressure.
