I got a whole bunch of sterile vials from panda tho so I would only need to sterilise my media bottles, I got the ones with the perforated cap and silicone septum so I can just draw sterile gear from bottle and then put it straight in the vials, I'm afraid septa will melt in the oven tho

Look into a driclave. I got one used for like 250-300 bucks. Basically a mini oven.

it might. A common practice is to disinfect the septa cap with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry in a sterile environment, either a container or sterilized tinfoil seems to be most common. Use as needed once dry

An autoclave's sterilization is with steam. It's not like an oven. Should be 330 degrees and around 32 psi. You also need to have spore tests done to verify the sterilization.

I do two 400°F sessions each holding at 2 hours. I haven't found an autoclave for less than 1,500 and not about to drop 5 grand on a new one. Lol

Hahaha I just sold one for 250 it was a midmark m7 speedclave. You should be able to find one of those for less than a 1000 if not a few hundred.

Damn man. Lol... Shoulda posted it up. Maybe I'll upgrade at some point. I can fit a 500ml media bottle and 45 vials in the driclave so it not too bad.

WANT PROOF? I got it. The whole shebang. From order number, to emails that I sent, the unboxing, the pictures, the tracking number, etc... I'm pissed that I got scammed. I even PM'd purplepandalabs. No answer. So it's really up to ya'll if you don't wanna believe me...maybe they have real products in the past...yes...I've been watching reviews from purplepandalabs...that's the first reason WHY I ordered from them anyway!....only to regret it...

Agreed. Is PPL perfect...no, and no one is but he has a solid record of trying to address issues and zero credible reports of scamming.
