I can vouch panda is legit, never had an issue with an order. They're too big of an enterprise to scam for a couple hundred bucks.

RU58841? It's a nonsteroidal antiandrogen used for, among other things, saving your hair. Different mechanism from minoxidil, which seems to improve blood flow to hair follicles. I use both and still have a pretty good head of hair.
Does it have shitty sides topically?
Seeing hairs grow longer i believe from oral minox. Keeping the oral minox.
Trying to figure to add topical fina or topical ru.

No sides from RU that I've noticed. Not sure the dose, but I make it 50 mg/mL and do two spritzes from those spray bottles.
Ok great, what carrier? PEG and Ethanol?

I use a pre-made K&B solution but PEG/Ethanol also works from what I've read.
