Oh stop. He's just trying to weed out the bad from the good. Even if it's excessive atleast it's one more person helping. This PPL showed up with red flags.

I seen the link, but, what personal info would Reddit have? And if you're a source(us too, but especially if you're a source), you should be taking means to protect yourself(using tor/vpn). Unless I'm not aware of something, why would Reddit be anyless safe than any other board, let's say meso? They both come up at the top of the list when you do Google searches.

A better question would be to @Millard Baker does LE ever request any information from meso? And how does meso handle those requests?
As far as Reddit, giving up information it's a slippery slope. If it's closing down child porn rings than I mean those animals aren't humans, and shouldn't be given human rights. But I see how government always tries to extend/abuse it's powers so, like I said it's a slippery slope.

They shared IP addresses, date of accounts made and/or email addresses. They also gain access to deleted comments, post and private messages.
I'm not sure what info they got but I'm gonna stay on the side of caution. I just think worse case scenario cause I don't know anymore then the extent of what was reported.
