well i can say first time trying to order canada domestic not so good...Before all you big bad grumpy bears goes off lol its just a simple review of what happen the last week...

So emailed and never got a reply contacted on here to ask about email..got told never got one but if i wanted to place my order on here cause i already waited a week. So i did just that and placed an order on here with tracy, everything was going smooth and sent in all details for payment etc... the response back was recieved payment and i would have tracking that day or the next. So i waited till the following week to ask for the tracking and was told they had it the day i ordered, ok cool.. now i have waited 8 days and course its the weekend now so def wont get anything on the weekend. I messaged to ask where my order is as canada domestic give or take is 3 days tops although can take up to 5... Going back in to messaging after 8 days i ask where my order is and why the tracking is not even moving and states item not even picked up. The reply i get back is whats your email.. so i. give it although i placed my order through here, and all our messages are there etc... Ihave now sent in all the proof of my payment and order and all conversations we had and even being given my tracking. Although i am sure it will get worked out but as a first experience trying the domestic canada to get some simple test it taking 2 weeks its uncalled for... I KNOW SHIT HAPPENS, but really?? not a good experience

Again the big bad bears before you have a hissy fit, im not complaining nor did i complain to them, its just simple my experience with them and facts of how it is going. not every post on the board will be positive but the negative does help to know in a positive way....

I'm so sorry i didn't know you had trouble reading a whole paragraph. apologies to messo and QSC, i needed to post a pic, i felt it was needed because some children need to just shut it... i blurred my source out of respect, if you need to remove . i'll understand. but it helps tell these big mouths i didnt give a fuck about the time line, i dont need shit.. It was simple for a review and to have some good quality feed back for some individuals i respected and they needed a solid source. So i was introducing them to QSC domestic. Trying to help QSC with a bunch of new customers and help a bunch of respectful men to get good safe gear.

First of all you ordered via DM, not by email, so when I asked you in a "seperate conversation" you opened what email or name you used to order, instead of telling me you ordered here via DM so I can help you, you sent me an email, so when I looked for it, it was never found.

Second thing, you received your tracking number monday, and it was shipped friday. When tracking is provided, it means shipped.

So if it didn't update, it's possibly lost, and if it's lost, you will have to wait a certain time for the reship.

You had your first experience, and it was a bad one, so it's part of business, not all customers can have good experiences and we have no control on some shipping compagnies in your countries. It's rare but it happens, your bad luck.
 
There have been a small holidays in China, and the logistics compagnies are having some delays sending the orders to USA. So when we send you tracking numbers it means your order was shipped from Qingdao WAREHOUSE to logistics company. And it's a matter of few days before that those trackings start updating. Thank you for your patience.

If you have such a great private source why are you here and if that colossal pile of gear is really yours why are here ordering more you must love looking at it more then useing it becouse there’s more gear there then 2 guys could ever use in a life time why would you spend more money on gear id actually be ashamed a myself I have probably 70 vials and 30 packs of orals and I feel guilty what you have there that’s just stupid

thats my business why i have it and second. im not mad about anything i gave a simple review of what did happen..there was messages in the background and i stated it very clear it had nothing to do with email and it was asked i did it in DM, so i did. I also mentioned i know shit happens but the tracking states it did not even get picked up. all i did was send the info that we had between us in the dm and showed all the proof of payment and that it was in the DM's... i said very clear i understood shit happens and even said i am shur they will fix it.. i just explained for the first experience what went on..

the argument was between people going of cause a simple review and yes i will defend my self just as much as they can bitch. i also stated that a was helping out other people that are not allowed to use my source, and they were looking for a cheaper method with good service. they didn't trust QSC because of bad feedback that they have herd treating there customers like crap, not me this comes from many other experiences. I said i believe they should be ok from what i have herd even though i herd the good and the bad i seen they at least fix most problems. So i said i would step up to help them and show them to give them comfort in ordering from them.. JUST TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE OUT... everyone takes these messages whatever way they see fit, i don't agree either with certain ones. Oh well we all have our opinions.. i won't sit back and have others shove there nose in when they also have no clue what is going on.. here comes why i try to explain in detail but apparently big paragraphs bother people....anyways its a waste of time regardless.. can't please everyone no matter what you do.

no i sent you messages in dm with screenshots of everything i did actually send you an email and showed screenshots of thaty also. So where is the confusion here i took every step necessary and was being as polite as possible and i even explained im shur you will fix it. you asked a question and i answered i was under the assumption you could still see our previous message we had just had, i even stated in my little review that i understand crap happens everyone knows it. Soo i did tell you in messaging with screenshots. and yes i received tracking and you say it shipped friday, the issue with that is the tracking clearly states the item was not picked up and i sent you a dm asking about that also.. I said very clear in the review im shur you will fix it, my issue was not with you and was a simple review how things were going, it was dragged on by someone else shoving there nose into it that had no reason too. I was doing this to help out some others and show them that you are a good company and take care of things properly, and at the same time as helping out others it was giving you more business. thats it

Have a recent order of 24iu HGH kits from QSC. They're blue tops and unfrosted. Weren't these supposed to be grey tops? And the 15iu vials are also blue tops but they're frosted. I saw there was supposedly a mishap and a 15iu vial got into a 24iu kit somehow. Looking to see if anyone else has gotten 24iu kits with blue tops or if this could possibly be a different kit?
