Just incase some one is wondering. My semlatude (sorry bout spelling) arrived from sigma. My wife has serious ankle injury so cant exercise. She is already thin but wanted semlatude. First vile she used 0.25 per day prefering night pin so she could still eat. She lost 3kg. Second vile she did 0.5ml per day and lost another 4kg. So the sigma viles are good shit. They arrived no problems in australia.


My bp is 205 over 95. Doctor gave me amlos tabs at 5mg. They do hardly anything.
My shipment of telmisartan is due any day. Should i go 30mg a day or higher. Never used it before.

If it is semaglutide how many mg per vial?

And final and more important is the dosing PER DAY? Cause if it is and its 4mg/vial, you better document everything cause 2mg per day, she's probably in uncharted territory and we need the documentation

It is 0.25. Just as i put in my post. I believe they are4mg viles as you say. The bastatic water i get comes in a 5ml vile so im not sure. Second vile was 0.5 mg per day. As i posted. Yes 2ml a day is a big dose. But her dose is 0.25ml.

Ooops. Thought it was daily. Well no sides except weightloss. How long can you keep it when mixed with bastatic water. 0.25 once a weel is 16 weeks a vile.

You should go see your doctor again and get that addressed before you actually keel over and die. You’re in hypertensive crisis and that’s about the only thing in the steroid world that can cause death in the short term. Get a fucking beta blocker immediately. ARBs can take weeks to start having their full effect and you don’t have weeks to wait around. You’re running serious risk every moment that you allow your BP to be that high.

Semaglutide also helps with cardiovascular diseases and lowered my blood pressure to normal healthy levels. You might give it a try too, considering that your wife is already taking it and so you have easily access to it.


As for Telmisartan you can start with 20-30mg and work your way up to 40-50mg within a week. It might help a little. Amlodipine is actually stronger.

Wish you were my doctor. He said it is high but no need to worry you wont die. Amlo 5mg got it down to 190 over 92.
Took a viagra the other night. Next morning 135 over 80. Might just take cialis or viagra daily till i find a doctor that cares.

A long time. Janoshik has done a degredation test on reconstituted but unrefrigerated sema.

2 weeks reconstitued, unrefrigerated - NO CHANGE

Please, mind with peptides preservatives and fillers matter in regard to degradation, so it will vary between preparations.

So you mixed 5ml vial bac water with the 4mg semaglutide? Because then 1 ml is 0.8mg semaglutide. I have seen people starting with 0.20-0.25mg per week which would be 0.25ml of your mixed vial. One weekly shot.

I started QSC semaglutide at 0.5mg per week, which was a mistake because the heartburn was really bad. I am taking 2 weeks off and will resume at 0.25mg.
