Why not just fill a one of those 10ml gauges with a majority of the compound and then back fill a slin needle. Isn't that what everyone does mostly these days?

Less scar tissue issues etc

Pro tip: You're not ordering from Walgreens. There's a reason they don't just have a website that you can order from and pay however you please. Assume a bank transfer for an order from them goes through at least 2-3 more transfers before it reaches its final destination and none of that happens instantly.
