How backed up is the team? Payment sent a week ago with transaction id, haven’t heard anything back with tracking yet.
Same here, sent wire transfer 6 days ago, my bank confirmed that it arrived the same day, but according to Alisa nothing has been received.

I’m not sure if it’s an intra bank issue or if they have a huge backlog to work through.

Could be 2 weeks. Don't sweat it (I know easier said than done, but last order tracking came 10 days after payment).

Define "normal." This source recently started asking; others don't.

They already have your name and shipping address by that point in the ordering process, so I don't think this is crossing a big OPSEC line. Otherwise, burners are cheap enough.

It’s been a few months since I ordered so I was just making sure others were being asked too.

Been dealing with Tracy for a while and they’ve always been great, just wanted to make sure payment went through there’s no rush. It’s never been this long before, I’m guessing the March special has them behind.

Agreed, just be patient. It’ll come. Order placed 03/13. Tracking & ID received 03/20. Should be delivered tomorrow, 03/28. International order using US reship option. I’ve never had any issues, with any of my orders.

If your order is sent using the special line, trackings are available 1 week after receipt of payments.
We do not confirm the receipt of payments, so when it's received, it's shipped within 24 hours.
You are free to ask for tracking by email or whatsaap.

ETA of bank transfers cannot be controlled on our end, it's your banks, so when it's not received, it's not received.
Often customers who complain about bank transfers find they have received their money backs few days later, because it was done unsuccessfully.
If it's successful and you provided to the sales the correct sender name, it will be identified and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

It's necessary.
Most of countries and all carriers require phone number for all kind of deliveries, customers receive notifications of informed deliveries thanks to their phone numbers provided while ordering.
If you don't feel confortable providing it, you are free to give us a fake one, which is common used by many customers.
 
Now with actual staff, all orders can be processed very fast.
I won't ask you to not bother us with multiple emails now, when you have a question, ask it, no matter the question.
You haven't received tracking number after 2-3 days for normal lines, feel free to ask for it.
You haven't received tracking for special line after 1 week, feel free to ask for it too.
Also if you want payment confirmation, our staff don't mind to reply to your emails, a simple email like: can you please confirm my crypto payment is ok.
If you use bank transfer, be patient not all banks process wires in the same time, so when our staff tell you it's not received, it's not received yet.
Make sure to send the sender name that figures in the bank transfer, a bank receipt is always welcome to make the identification of the transfer easier.
Avoid asking technical questions by email, my staff are young ladies, not bodybuilders. They can't help you how to use steroids and peptides, nor how to store them or brew them, when you have technical question, you are free to reach me here or post in forum.
Same for color of tops, a minimum of effort opening the recent lab tests hosted in the PDF price list can help you to know the color of tops when you have doubts or confusion.
Please always check the numbers because colors are meaningless, except for peptides since few weeks/months when we started testing every batch.
Domestic orders, we have no way to tell you what color of tops, so make sure always to keep the items in their boxes, and check the SKU next to bar codes.
If you already mixed them the only way to figure out will be testing the oils or purchasing extra kits.
 
I'm hearing about suppliers of peptides no longer being able to go direct to consumer because of a new policy in China. Do you have any idea what they're talking about? I'm assuming you all are unconcerned about this, if it's even actually something that's happening right now?

If you mean shipping to mainland china addresses, it's not new.
Suppliers are not allowed to sell to chinese citizens, and not allowed to ship china domestic. The steroids, peptides etc... can be only exported, or sent to freight forwarders in China. Consequences can be jail easily if you ship to chinese.
