Because the carbon chain (ester) adds weight to the testosterone molecule. The bigger the carbon group, the more weight it adds.
Test prop for example is about 185mg of testosterone per 200mg in comparison if I remember correctly.

Lol we don’t test frequently the oils, and batchs changes on frequent basis, you can find some recent testing somewhere here in the forum. Not worried about the quality, feel free to send it for testing
