Sorry i went mia the last couple of days, was so busy with work and life was hectic, a quick catch up.
Day 16: chest and tri.
Kicked ass in the gym, didn't have time to do cardio which drove me crazy.
Still on 15 mg anavar split in the am and pm.
No sides other than the crazy sex drive and a sore throat.
Diet :
Failed to hit 1500 cals again
Day 16: legs day.
New pr in the leg press : 200 lbs!
It was a n amazing workout, i had great energy and did 20 mins cardio.
Diet : very crappy and very little portions, i can't wait for ramadan to be over so i can do meal prep and eat freely.
Day 17: rest day.
My trainer kept nagging me to take a day off and refeed myself as he can notice that i am feeling weak those days.
Diet wise: i ate alot! Like 2500 cals, suddenly i felt so hungry and ate everything in sight, i feel so guilty but kept telling myself you can't keep going without a refeeding day esp that my cheat meal was a joke.
I had pasta with white sauce and some meat, cookies with cream and some biscuits, chips.
Yeah i feel so fat
