rana's first anavar cycle

I usually run on the treadmill for 20 mins at 7.5 mph and another 20 mins on the bike.
So you recommend 20 minutes on the treadmill 3 times a week? And when i get my diet under control i increase them? Sorry for the loads of questions i keeep asking
that's kind of what I'm thinking, maybe the other guys want to chime in on this one
 
Sorry i went mia the last couple of days, was so busy with work and life was hectic, a quick catch up.

Day 16: chest and tri.

Kicked ass in the gym, didn't have time to do cardio which drove me crazy.

Still on 15 mg anavar split in the am and pm.
No sides other than the crazy sex drive and a sore throat.
Diet :
Failed to hit 1500 cals again :(

Day 16: legs day.

New pr in the leg press : 200 lbs!
It was a n amazing workout, i had great energy and did 20 mins cardio.
Diet : very crappy and very little portions, i can't wait for ramadan to be over so i can do meal prep and eat freely.

Day 17: rest day.
My trainer kept nagging me to take a day off and refeed myself as he can notice that i am feeling weak those days.

Diet wise: i ate alot! Like 2500 cals, suddenly i felt so hungry and ate everything in sight, i feel so guilty but kept telling myself you can't keep going without a refeeding day esp that my cheat meal was a joke.
I had pasta with white sauce and some meat, cookies with cream and some biscuits, chips.
Yeah i feel so fat :(

Hi Rana, its so hard to eat right if you dont meal prep... Cos when your hungry you just eat anything quick and easy.. Im a stay at home mom but i still meal prep just to stop me eating crap.. Well done with leg press..

Yea its just ramadan here and i can't cook in the morning or eat infront of anyone cause they are all fasting, 4 days remaining in ramadan and after that i will go back to my normal meal prep process, how you been doing with your cycle?

I bet tou cant wait for it to be over... Yeah im doing great tanku for asking.. Tiredness all gone... Im in beast mode in the gym... Weights going up every set, 3wks on 10mg of anavar.. Id love to up it to 15mg but im afraid of side affects.. Did u notice anyting diff when u up'd urs? Seeing big changes in my body, eating well and exactly to my nutrition plan.. Up 3lb but i know its muscle, dwn half inch on each thigh, and 1 inch on waist..im pretty sore after training everyday so dropped back to just training 3 days a week.. Need my rest days..

Wow congrats in those inches and the changes you are seeing, and its great that you know you need rest and ajust your days, unlike me lol.
When i upped it to 15 mg i didn't notice any sides actually other than the crazy sex drive

Lol... I bet your partner loves that!! Heehee.. I better wait until my husband comes home so before I up my anavar, he is away to Peurto Rico on a lads only holiday, so high sex drive is no fun without him!!
 
hey guys/ladies , so i decided to start my 1st anavar cycle, here is a little bit about me.

i have been training for 3 years on and off cause of a shoulder injury but i have been training consistently for 6 month now, i am from egypt so its a bit challenging , the gyms we have here is not that grat, offcourse we have very fancy ones but they are way overpriced, same goes to trainers, most of them are completely ignorant, and the well educated ones charge more than my whole yearly salary lol.
so god bless the internet i am trying to learn and read as much as i can, and meso have been a great help as of lately.

i was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa at age of 16, struggled with anorexia for 6 years, and i truly recovered when i got into training and healthy eating, the passion i had for training outgrew the anorexia.

so enough with the boring details, i decided to start anavar for several reasons, mainly for strength gains , and for my joints, correct me if i am wrong but i heared steroids are helpful when it comes to joints problems.
i am on day 7 , started with 5 mg the 1st 3 days, then upped to 10 mg.
planning to stay on 10 mg for 2 weeks then up it to 15 mg for 5 weeks ( if no sides with the 10 mg dose offcourse) then taper to 10 for one week and 5 for the final week. so 10 weeks in total.

today i did my squats with 147 lbs ( that if you calculate the whole weight and the weight of the bar aswell) which is a new record

leg press 154 lbs (new record aswell yay )

leg extensions (drum roll) it was 100 lbs for each leg so total 200 lbs on the machine.

i felt pretty good today, only sides so far are the sensitive female parts which i am not complaining about honestly other than that i am feeling great. will do my best to update here daily.

i try to keep my cals at 1700 cals , my TDEE is 2000, so i am trying to cut back a bit, my diet is mostly very healthy 40% protein 40% fats 20% carbs.

p.s english isn't my first language but i am trying my best.

and i have been seeing some progress also , don't know its the anavar kicking in or working my ass off is starting to pay.

Welcome. Seems like you are doing good thus far, keep it up. You may want to black out your face for anonymity purposes (even though you have a very beautiful one).

Yess, wait till he comes back lol, i don't live with my bf and its torture lol althou he loves every bit of it, he even says i dont want this cycle to end hehe

How many weeks are u going to run var for? Ur running clen as a stack too? Im not sure how many to do, but id like to do 12wks.. Do u wean off the var or how do you reduce the dose near the end of cycle? Do i need to do anything else? Women dont need pct with var rite?

I am running it for 12 weeks and i will taper off to 5 mg in the last week, and for women its time on cycle= time off cycle.
I stopped the clen due to the endless sides, thinking of introducing it later in my cycle

I am just becoming more irritable and always angry, i can go mad at little things.

I am somehow anxious, i don't know if its my usual anxious pain in the ass self or its a side of var.

Day 20:
Shoulder /traps day.

Had an early meeting at the office, was so stressed with work and having some issues with my boss so my day was emotionally down the drain.

Hit the gym after work, had a great workout but didn't have time to do cardio as i had a business lunch, at which i ate loads of proteins, def. My intake for today is above 1600 cals.
I haven't been logging in details as usual the past couple of days due to work stress but our long vacation starts on tuesday and i will probably keep updating till everyone gets bored and leave.

Workout selfies, my glutes are starting to grow yaaaayyyg

Was able to hit 1600 cals.
I am just becoming more irritable and always angry, i can go mad at little things.

I am somehow anxious, i don't know if its my usual anxious pain in the ass self or its a side of var.

Legs day

Squats (new pr) 213 lbs
Leg press 200 lbs
Leg extensions 200 lbs
Bulgarian lunges
Cable kickbacks
Leg curl
Adductors
Calves
Abs
I had great energy and strength, like i can keep working out for hours i did 20 mins on the bike.
My knees are way better no pain the last couple of days, i started taking genophyl for joints and i guess its working.
My diet was not the best today i didn't hit my calorie goal but thankfully only one day till ramadan ends and i will start adjusting again.
I am noticing a difference in my midsection, do you?
