Day 21:

Legs day

Squats (new pr) 213 lbs
Leg press 200 lbs
Leg extensions 200 lbs
Bulgarian lunges
Cable kickbacks
Leg curl
Adductors
Calves
Abs
I had great energy and strength, like i can keep working out for hours i did 20 mins on the bike.
My knees are way better no pain the last couple of days, i started taking genophyl for joints and i guess its working.
My diet was not the best today i didn't hit my calorie goal but thankfully only one day till ramadan ends and i will start adjusting again.
I am noticing a difference in my midsection, do you?

good job, and once you get your diet back on track, the changes will be huge

Inclined bench bress 60 lbs 4x10

15 mins cardio after workout

I felt great, like super woman actually today at the gym, finalu ramadan is over atarting tomorrow i can get back to eating a meal every 3 hrs.
Still on 15 mg anavar.

I feel a slight clit enlargement, i don't know if its in my mind or its actually enlarged, never paid much attention to my clit's size actually to notice now lol.

Everyone at the gym is noticing the changes my body is undergoing, its very motivating actually

Yes to be honest i can't imagine coming off this cycle :(, dont want to be a normal human being again lol

Day 23 :

15 mg of anavar
Chest/bi day

For the first time since i started this cycle i fail to do my workout.
As soon as i hit the gym i felt awful cramps like period cramps i dont know if its actually period cramps or not, i couldn't stand on my feet, my performance was down the drain, i just couldn't workout.

Diet :

I ate alot today, healthy food offcourse and loads of proteins.
Starting tomorrow i will be following the carb back loading diet, i will poatvthe detailed meal plan tomorrow.
I feel awful about today, but i should have expected it todayw as my day off and i resiated it and insisted on hitting the gym, bad decision rana :(
 
I'm not the best to give advice about the carb back loading diet but I have and am currently doing it somewhat consistently. I believe they tell you to eat about 30 carbs and 1-1.2 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day for 5-10 days. Fats are going to be high with this diet but that's ok. The idea is to deplete yourself of carbs and force the body to use fats as its primary energy source.
I was about 255 when I started it with a 41.5" waist. I ate around 300 g of protein and 50 carbs for 10 days. After 10 days I lost 7 pounds and 3" off waist but arms stayed at 18.5". The last 4 weeks I have been pretty consistent with it. I like it because I haven't lost much muscle. Lost about 12 pounds to date and just feel more cut. Without my fit pal I couldn't do it. It's been a lifestyle change entering all my macros and disciplining myself but I have enjoyed it. Sorry to ramble but thought I would chime in. Good luck!

Myself and BlueDress have both done Carb backloading with mixed success. A Pro-natural bodybuilder friend of ours turned us on to it - he swore by it (but maybe he's not as natural as a he claims!). Keifer's e-book on Carb backloading actually had a lot of great points and even though we bought it a few years ago, I recommend you do a little research and find the main points on the web and save a few bucks. We did a lot of research ourselves independently on sweeteners as well since they're also influential on your insulin release - Carb backloading really is about trying to manipulate your insulin.

That said, I did really well Carbbackloading but Bluedress didn't react the same way I did and we found that most other women really couldn't carb backload everyday like guys do. For her, it seemed to work best carb backloading every 3 or 4 days. She bloated up on the nightly carbs and didn't build up as much lean muscle, but way more fat - even after she tried to reduce her nightly intake. A lot of women we read about on carb backlaoding forums had similar experiences and conclusions (once every 3-4 days worked better).

BD just finished her first var cycle a little over a month ago and a big take away was keeping carbs up with the protein. For that reason alone, I'd recommend you experiment with Carb Backloading off cycle and not mess with it midcycle. Plus, before you start carb backloading, you really need to deplete all your carbs for a week to switch your metabolism over to Ketosis - again, something you probably don't want to do midcycle,

i took the day off from the gym, i decided to listen to my body i was so exauhsted the day before that i couldn't get my workout done, i was devastated
i took the day off from counting macros aswell, i just ate as healthy as i could, my appetite is coming back fiercely , i wake up hungry in a weird way like i can eat my grandmother at one go.
i had a family gathering and it was nice to catch up with everyone and decided not to stress over the macros and carbs.

Day 25:
15 mg of anavar , 20 mcg clen.
now shit is getting serious.
after searching more about carb backloading i guess its better for bulking not cutting, and i truly have a problem with not eating carbs on breakfast like how on earth i can't have carbs on breakfast ??
so i decided to go 60% proteins 20% carbs 20% fats.
introduced the clen again today (20 mcg) took it 5 hours before working out as a fellow member here suggested.
all i noticed is that i am sweating more during my workout which i don't mind.
i am so bloated from the var, like really bloated even my bf is noticing it.
also something i have been getting and i don't know if its related to the var or not, is blue bruises i wake up daily with new bruises ( like 3 or 4 daily) that i have no idea how i got them and they are tender.

so today was legs day yay and i kicked ass!!

i have been thinking of introducing primo in the last 4 weeks of my var cycle and run it for 8 weeks, after doing some research i am still confused which is better , primo or peptides (GH fragment 167-191), or HGH like which will have better results and less viralization risks??

I don't have any experience with these compounds you're talking about to be honest, but I can still give you some feedback. If you do decide to go with primo, 8 weeks would be a bit short I think. It will be just kicking in by the time you stop pretty much due to the ester. I've heard of primo acetate before but as far as I know, it's very uncommon and I would be very apprehensive about it if I did come across some that it may be fake.

Peptides can get expensive fast if you're using them to their best potential and HGH is also going to be pretty pricey. However, I'm not real sure what the prices are like in your part of the world...

@Wunderpus is the person I would ask if I had your questions. I know he's used/using everything you're considering and could give you good insight.

Yes unfortunately peptides and GH are very pricey here aswell, primo is way cheaper in comparison and i get my grar from a very trusted source, i will message him thou and maybe he has some additional info, how long do you recommend for the primo cycle, is it ok if i inject glutes only, i have no idea how to inject delts or quads!

I believe 10 weeks is better for a longer ester... 8 weeks, to me, is more appropriate for a short ester.

Pinning in glutes is fine but pinning delts is very easy also. I hate pinning quads, I never do them anymore.

I'm a huge fan of primo for girls. you'll like it way better than anavar. hgh is a whole other ball game
 
I wouldn't suggest ever running two AAS, for a female, at this stage in the game. You need to slow down a bit.... This isn't a sprint, it's a marathon. Run your var cycle, take a break then reevaluate primo.

thanks wunderpus , i didn't know that stacking two aas will have severe viralizing effects and yes you are probably right i should finish my var cycle then reevaluate.
 
day 26 :

15 mg of anavar

chest/ tri day.

i failed to complete my workout today, all my joints were hurting espcially my wrists.
my trainer decided that i should lay off the weight training for 3 days atleast and only do cardio, i agree with him , i keep having a good day and another bad couple of days.

diet is on point
150 gms of protein
100 gms of carbs
1600 total intake.

i have a sore throat and some minor headache , no other sides.
no viralizing sides so far, however i guess i am missing my period, its 4 days late i heared that missing cycles on anavar is quite common.
