rana's first anavar cycle

Here is Dave Palumbo's cut diet for a 120lb female, I like it A LOT:

120lb female
Meal #1: 2 whole (omega-3) eggs and 6 egg-whites.
Meal #2: 4oz chicken with 1/4 cup raw almonds.
Meal #3: 35g whey protein with 1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter.
Meal #4: 4oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil.
Meal #5: same as meal #1 or meal #3.
 
I do, yes. Females almost always seem to respond best to lowering their carbs. I put my girlfriend on 60% protein, 30% fat, 10% carbs... It's pretty damn close, if not completely, ketosis but it worked fast. Also, 20 minutes minimum of fasted cardio in the AM, medium intensity after taking your ECA stack. Time any of your carbs pre and post lifting, not around your cardio. Eat plenty of fiber at least 2x a day.

Also, it's easy to have your cheat meal on the same day when dieting, that way they don't overlap in 1 week.

Taking in a lot of carbs allows your body to use those carbs for energy... You want to change your body around a bit and have it use fats for energy. I don't think i'd even do 40/40/20 on a "bulk" for a girl... To each their own, but that's my opinion on the matter.
Wow your girl is a super hero i would lose my mind with 10 % carbs only, i will lower it to 20 and do 60% proteins 20% carbs and 20% fats then and time it pre and postworkout, thanks alot for the ex0lanation, hope it works for me

That should work out well. I think pre and post carbs, lifting only, is good.

You'd be surprised, you won't lose your mind once your brain goes in to ketosis, you'll feel fine. It's the people who cheat or don't go fully into ketosis that are uncomfortable. Fasted cardio will be your best friend, too. You should ALWAYS be doing your cardio in a deficit, whether it's post lifting or first thing in the AM. Don't drink your post workout shake before or during your cardio either, have it after.

I can't do cardio in the am but i do it after lifting and drink my whey after the workout, i do about 40 mins of cardio daily, but i will increase it to one hour.

If you're doing cardio properly, an hour is oftentimes overkill. If you are lower on carbs, you'll really be struggling in a few weeks to keep up with an hour of cardio.

If you have a stairmaster, try this:
2 minutes low speed
1 minute high speed
2 minutes low speed
1 minute high speed

Do this for 20-25 minutes. I PROMISE that is enough. Then next cardio session do a longer, less intense cardio keeping a lower heart rate. Switch it up.

I wouldn't recommend that until you get your diet under control. And when you switch your macroes, there's an adjustment period, but you'll feel way better
 
btw, during her last cycle, she went from 123 to 117 pounds, this was at 1600 a day, and cardio 3 times a week for 20 minutes.
 
Hi Rana, i have been following ur thread, I too am on my 2nd week of var, and im bloody exhausted... Litterally couldnt even go for a walk today, struggled entertaining my 18month old... I hope i snap out of it soon and this amazing energy everyone talks about kicks in real soon..feel so fat when i cant work out.. Lol
I'm curious why var seems to have such a profound effect on women, in terms of exhaustion, whereas I've never really experienced this with var as a male...

Anyone have any ideas? Maybe because my var is stacked with testosterone?

didn't make my girl exhausted, just bloated. she switched to eq and was way happier
 
Interesting. I don't know a whole lot about girls and AAS, so it's interesting to see all this.
The bloating is veey annoying, and hell yes i am pretty much exauhsted, most of the ladies here reported extreme fatigue on the 1st 2 weeks, theybsaid it gets better after the 4th week so i just have to keep pushing till i get there

I usually run on the treadmill for 20 mins at 7.5 mph and another 20 mins on the bike.
So you recommend 20 minutes on the treadmill 3 times a week? And when i get my diet under control i increase them? Sorry for the loads of questions i keeep asking

Today was rest day, all my joints were hurting in the morning, so i decided not to fuck them up anymore and take the day off.

Diet wise : i had my cheat meal today hoping that this will get my appetite going again, i was struggling during the meal actually didn't even have half of it.

Starting tomorrow i will be following this program shared by one of the members here. Off course i will lower the number of the sets.

Youre right, i laughed. I know youre worried about your body and gains, but go all the way in on cheat meal day. It will help with cravings too.
You probably didnt finish because it wasnt fatty enough :D

Yes, i was mad that i didn't have a fatty meal, should ve got a burger or something, but oh my god the rush of sugar in my system, i am so bloated now

The cookies were a good start. Look in the food thread on friday, or as they've labelled it "fay boy friday". You'll see how some of the fellas here cheat.
