Haha don't worry i am quite a weirdo myself sometimes atleast we added something funny to my grumpy log lol.

And yea i am planning to visit them on my next vacation, and if i continue to feel like total shit on the clen i will come off it :( and sadly double my cardio or something
 
this is a super emotional post, a grumpy post as well.

i took the day off from work, wokeup had breakfast , my clen , cla tablet and 10 mg of var
my scope of whey before working out , i was feeling tired so took a scope of no explode right before my workout.

i had a very bad day at the gym, i was tired my hands were shaking, my usual weights were heavy, my trainer kept saying rana you are sloppy your form is sloppy today and you are weak, focus rana, focus rana, focus rana till i exploded threw the weights on the floor and yelled in his face that this is all i can do today either help me or shut up.
i was a neurotic bitch today ( more than my usual neurotic bitch self), clen has been giving me awful sides.
anxiety, and unnecessary anger, shaking hands, bad mood and today i barely did 15 mins of cardio i was so out of breath.
i am wondering if i introduced the clen too early , i am in a self debate now wether to stop it and introduce it again later in my cycle.
i didn't have a cheat meal in over a month, and the 1300 cals i have been eating are catching up on me, i was 10 seconds away from breaking down at the gym.
1300 calories and clen sounds like a bit of a challenge. I still believe that's too low of a caloric intake while training hard

Grew up 30 minutes from your state and partied over there ALOT. Not sure where your at exactly but LC was my stompin grounds. Did you see my vid I posted the other day? Haha everyone got a kick out of hearing me talk. Shoot y'all Cajuns have yalls own language that only us deep southerners can understand

yes i will probably have a cheat meal to boost my appetite, i been struggling to eat more than 1300 cals, and i feel so weak those days.
 
i decided to stop the clen today, its draining me and all my muscles are cramping the whole time, plus the awful mood and the anxiety.

No I didn't see it! I'll go look. I grew up in Baton Rouge. It wasn't until my 20s and moved to Albuquerque that I learned "fixing to" was not proper English. Lol. Also grew up in holland and Belgium so maybe I was spared some deep redneck learnings. Had a Madonna British accent when we moved back. I know a lot of Cajuns - worked with a ton of them. They're always cooking up something delicious that you would never think you would eat.
Met my husband when he was living/working in LC on the sasol plant. Visited once while we were dating and was surprised they actually had something going on in that little town.

From the sound of it you and I work in similar industries. If we're close to the same age there is a pretty fair chance we have some mutuals. Older you get the smaller the world is :)

when my girl is in hard training, she runs 1600-1700. she'll go 1200-1300 for a few weeks to cut, but to do that long term just makes her too weak

Still can't do oysters. I try every few years and can't get past the texture. Now I can get down with fried oysters but anything fried is good.

i dont know about the plan odie i am so lost right now :( , my appetite is fucked and i can barely eat , all i had today so far (its 2:15pm) is a banana and my whey and i am so nauseous and can't bring myself to eat anything, i guess i will continue with the cutting, up my cardio to an hour daily, try to maintain 1700 cals daily and stay on 15 mgs of var

i don't know the food thread you mentioned will search for it and post the pics.

Try taking some B12. You're probably not getting enough in your diet and I find that it stimulates my appetite. It'll also help with energy. Worth a try.

Well for starters that's why you feel like crap. You need to start off your day with breakfast to get the metabolism going. Then you need to eat every 2 hours to keep it going. That's insane and I would be fading fast if that's all I had to eat . There's a difference in cutting and starving yourself.

Go to the nutrition section and it's at the very top. It's called "OGH wants to know what your eatting" or something similar
