@Wendylifts you ever make it to Lake Charles? If you've have and you been to Cowboys, Longhorn or some of the casinos then there's a good chance you've heard me play.
Went to one of the casinos. Can't remember which one. Went downtown to this hipster type place where the bartender was named Matthew. Now we call all hipsters Matthew. Also iron claw tattoo. Ross does great work there. I did a triathlon in LC probably 15 years ago and hadn't been there since. I was really surprised that it had a cool little area there. Very boutique feeling. Not what comes to mind when I think of LC. oh! I've also been to steamboat Willie's(?) talk about fried food. God what I wouldn't do for a hush puppy right now.

OMG, I can't believe you just said that. It's Steam Boat Bills by the way. I can not drive through there without stopping to eat there. Fuck I want some so bad now. Thanks for ruining my day :mad:
 
Try taking some B12. You're probably not getting enough in your diet and I find that it stimulates my appetite. It'll also help with energy. Worth a try.
yea i was thinking of taking vit b12 shots, will start today thanks eman for the tip.
 
Well for starters that's why you feel like crap. You need to start off your day with breakfast to get the metabolism going. Then you need to eat every 2 hours to keep it going. That's insane and I would be fading fast if that's all I had to eat . There's a difference in cutting and starving yourself.

Go to the nutrition section and it's at the very top. It's called "OGH wants to know what your eatting" or something similar

yes i have been struggling since the begining of ramadan with my diet, i will try to start the day with the whey/banana/oats shake and add a snack every couple of hours and pray that my appetite cooperates.

Do you mean shots like injections?

I actually prefer injectable b12 personally but the vast majority of people will get the benefits from just taking it orally.

i will def. do it its easier when the oats is added to the shake, can't really tolerate oats on its own, i will try adding a tablespoon of peanut butter to the mix aswell

Yes i prefere the injectable too, will take two injections weekly for 3 weeks
 
Not really, i just try to read about nutrition as much as i can
that's fine. a good plan is 6 meals a day, 16-1700 calories. you can see how to set your macros is the diet section. but it's very important to eat properly (way more important than gear) while training hard. if you don't, you can hit a wall that can take a few weeks to fix. I always see girls trying to starve themselves while training to change body composition, and it can really mess you up

I divide my macros 40 % carbs 40%protein 20% fats, i don't really mean to starve myself i really wish to eat more, i just lost my appetite completely i will do mybest to eat 6 consistent meals.

Do you intend to cut up, or are you looking to just add lean mass?

that's common, and I've always thought the eating part was the most difficult when it comes to training
 
force yourself to eat alot of small meals, you're apetite will come back when you start to feel better
 
When i was reading about macros most of the websites said rhia is the ideal formula, do you think its too much for a cut?
I do, yes. Females almost always seem to respond best to lowering their carbs. I put my girlfriend on 60% protein, 30% fat, 10% carbs... It's pretty damn close, if not completely, ketosis but it worked fast. Also, 20 minutes minimum of fasted cardio in the AM, medium intensity after taking your ECA stack. Time any of your carbs pre and post lifting, not around your cardio. Eat plenty of fiber at least 2x a day.

Also, it's easy to have your cheat meal on the same day when dieting, that way they don't overlap in 1 week.

Taking in a lot of carbs allows your body to use those carbs for energy... You want to change your body around a bit and have it use fats for energy. I don't think i'd even do 40/40/20 on a "bulk" for a girl... To each their own, but that's my opinion on the matter.
