rana's first anavar cycle

Hey, Rana! I'm new here, and looking forward to following your journey (even if I had to back track 26 days lol). I thought about trying clen solo to drop some BF before trying var. I see you're doing both; can't wait to see all the awesome results! :D
 
Ok guys i am noot feeling well at all, i have increased heart rate, i can literally hear my heart beats resonating in my chest, i sticked to tbe usual 15 mg anavar and 20 mcg clen, i feel like my body's temp is elevated i feel queasy, nauseous all day extremely tired amd just feeling so light headed.
Is this cause of the clen?

What is your HR now (measure at rest)? What does your HR normally run at (off cycle)?

Yes, clen can cause an increase in HR and the anxious feeling you describe. Var may also cause an in increase in heart rate as well as blood pressure, any anabolic can do this.

Do you have a blood pressure monitor at home? If not, buy one. Take frequent measurements to check hr and bp. Everyone should have one of these.

If you're feeling bad then you should really check your HR and blood pressure also. Checking HR is especially important if you're running a drug like clenbuterol. It doesn't take much gear for me to get to 100bpm @ rest and I get the same symptoms you describe. It's a terrible feeling, the solution is to run less gear if it persists. Clen would be the first thing I would drop. No point taking something if it makes you feel bad.

I am new to this forum and read all of your posts so far and will be keeping up with you. Best of luck with everything!! I, too, am working on recovery from an eating disorder. I haven't activity tried to unhealthily restrict myself in a few years but I do find my mind does it for me automatically if I don't log everything I eat. So I am really rooting for you!! You look great!
 
Well i stopped the clen again and i promise i would never use this shit again.
I honestly felt like i was dying yesterday, i was shaking and hot and my heart beats were so fast and light headed.
And my anxiety was horrible that i spent the day crying

I didn't hit the gym today and my diet was down the drain, i couldn't care less what i ate today, i was feeling rubbish.

Hey there welcome on board. Congrats on the recovery, give it your best its so worth yet and yea i know how our mind works, like yea bitch you maynot count but i am counting the breath you take and i have my numbers, but i promise it will get easier so keep pushing.

We've all been there. For some its tren, for me its superdrol. We take it and feel like sh*t, swear we're done, until next time when we remember how damn good we looked when we used it. Its a cycle for all of us. Just try to remember how you really felt before you quit.

Clen is so harsh btw do your research and read the reviews well ( don't do like me and ignore the bad reviews lol)
And i guess running it after the var will be more helpful. You can sure ask members here my experiences are so limited.

Hahah yes exactly, i told my bf to punch me in the face if i ever decided to try this shit again, i never felt so low in my life.

If you get the chance to try it, most people tolerate albuterol much better.

Keep up what you're doing, you're getting great results without it anyways.

Thanks eman! I searched for it here but couldn't find it :( my trainer keeps nagging me totake hydroxycut but i just feep like its bullshit and not worth it? Right now i will just layoff everything else and keep on the var, get my diet back in shape.

Agh! Yes, I'm sorry you felt so awful. I've been reading a bit more on clen and have been discouraged. I guess I'll have to drop BF the old fashioned way until something else comes up. Quick question: A friend of mine suggested I get below 20% BF before using var. Have you heard of this before? Or anyone else on here? They mentioned sides may be more prominent and results aren't what they could be if BF was at or below 20%.

We mostly say that for men because the thought is if you have a high bf then it can increase E2 related sides like gyno. Women naturally have higher bf than men, so 20% is much different for y'all than it is for us.
Having said that, I personally waited until I had been lifting for almost 8 years everyday before touching AAS (Iwas already into my 30s). I maxed out my potential before going the "un-natty" route and I advise that for anyone who is not doing this to get paid (athletes, models, competitors).

Thanks! I've been lifting for about 5 years. I've been pretty stagnant the last 2, but I think I can still put a bit more work into my diet before turning towards AAS. I appreciate the feedback! :D
 
i am sorry i went MIA the last few days, got into a huge fight with my bf and the var was making me crazy so i packed my bags and left the city , went to some resort and spent 4 days by the sea , not training or taking any supplements/aas and not giving a fuck about what i eat, i guess our relationship is coming to an end.

i am back today , so its day 27

10 mg of anavar (yes i am lowering my dose)
30 mins of cardio in the early morning on an empty stomach.

will hit the gym after work, its chest day!
and will update later in the day

Hope things get more steady for you now that you're back. Sometimes it's tough to stick to the regimen when life throws curve balls.

It's the clen, lower the dosage.
